"This was the WORST drive thru experience I have EVER HAD! I had picked my mom up from work and I took her to Jack In The Box because she was hungry and it was the only option available (it was 4:30am-4:45am). We got to the window and my mom wanted to add JUST ONE EGGROLL to her order; as I began to ask the attendant if I could add JUST ONE EGGROLL, she cut me off in mid-sentence with a hateful, cold, and terse, I don 't add to orders at the window. When my politely mom asked her why, the attendant condescendingly replied, Because I just don 't. My mom went on to ask her (very nicely) if she could make an exception at which point the attendant turned and walked away from the window. My mom took her phone camera to try and get a picture of the customer service number posted and another worker came to the window and started telling us that we couldn 't record the inside of the restaurant. When we tried to explain that we were attempting to snap a pic of the customer service number, she very rudely proceeded to say, No, you were recording inside and you can 't do that! At that point I snapped back that we were simply trying to get the number to report the terrible service and how we were treated so rudely. She then said if we didn 't leave she was calling the police! If I was responsible for that kind of despicable service, I wouldn 't want it on video either. But, there was no sign prohibiting recording and the fact that she threatened to call the police and refused to give us her co-worker 's name who originally served us made it clear that there is some serious problems with this establishment. The phone number listed doesn 't even work! The food was OK, but not great and the inside looked filthy. Since the manager or owner is not available (and I didn 't get a clear picture of the customer service number) my next call is to the City of Arlington Health Department and Consumer Protection Department. It took a while to draft this review, and I do not usually give bad reviews... But this time, I felt an exception needed to be made to let people know to steer clear of this Jack In The Box..."

I absolutely love this app! They allow you to take advantage of as many sale items as you want, unlike other apps that limit you to one sale item at a time. The food is always fantastic, and the service is quick and efficient!

Terrible. Service was very bad and slow. There were only 1 other customers there, and it took just 30 minutes to get my food and supplement insult. Nobody behind the counter spoke decent English. The entire experience was unpleasant

This restaurant located at the intersection of Division and Cooper Streets in Arlington, TX, has an employee at the drive-thru named Leo who is consistently rude and dismissive. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he suggested that Leo was just tired from working the night shift. However, I witnessed Leo being friendly and engaging with a customer at the window while I was inside speaking with the manager. It seemed clear that his behavior was a biased choice rather than simply a result of fatigue.
