"This was a neat little place and wasn't quite sure what to expect as it's located in a run-down strip center on fm1960, but you're pleasantly surprised when you walk in! You order up at the counter and then they bring your food to your table. They offer a self serve iced tea or water and they also have a long list of other iced teas which I'll have to try next time. They have a great selection of Vietnamese dishes and looks like the Banh mi is a favorite here as several people ordered it. We started with a couple spring rolls with a yummy peanut sauce, they were a bit sticky but they tasted delicious! I got the combo vermicelli which came with your choice of 3 meats or egg roll, so I got the beef, chicken and egg roll. It was absolutely delicious!! The meat was tender and not dry, so flavorful and served with fish sauce and a good portion of noodles and veggies. You can add an egg to any dish for $1. My friend got the shaking beef and it looked delicious as well! The sauce and garlic on top of onions, noodles and veggies must've been good because my friend finished their plate! The seating area is casual but nicely decorated and the wall of pictures from Vietnam was fun to explore. During dinner there was a good flow of customers and I'm sure they're packed at lunch. Will be back!"

"I have no idea what happened to this place the food used to be amazing! Unfortunately, it's gone way down hill. We usually get the roast beef dinner (sandwich and onion rings), and an additional medium roast beef sandwich. Usually everything tastes fresh and delicious, however this time, the roast beef was like torn little tasteless shreds on both sandwiches. And when I say shreds, I mean like it was comparable to wet torn straw wrappers disgusting! Not only this, but the bottom bun on one sandwich was SOGGY, while both buns on the other sandwich were pretty stale. Another issue that they have never seemed to fix was the lack of toppings that you ask for. I don't understand why they skimp out on the toppings for the sandwiches when they charge so much for them. Good news though, they improved on the oil drenched onion rings (or at least with this last order). With that being said, I don't think I'll be returning for a while until they've improved. Hopefully management can get a better hold on things."

"I really hate to write this, especially since my family and I love coming here, but I must express my disappointment. Since new staff arrived at this location, the quality of service has noticeably declined. I waited over 13 minutes to place my order in person while my phone call was still on hold. When I finally got my order and politely mentioned that my call was still waiting, the young man seemed indifferent. He didn’t offer an apology or say anything; he just looked embarrassed and avoided eye contact. Please improve your staff's service; we’ve never encountered this issue at your location before, and it would make me very sad if we had to find another place to eat."

"This is the place to go if you like Boba tea. If you don't know what it is, you have to try it! The owner is vegan and the teas are not milk. You also have some light snacks, the veggie popcorn chicken is really good and you can get it sharp or not. One thing I will tell you is definitely not your tea to 100% sweetness, it will make your teeth ache!"

"I generally go to the one on the south side of town. I have become a big fan of this place. My reason for usually even going out of the way for the other one was because of the staff. This was the first time I went to the one in rosedale and was extremely surprised by how polite and respectful the staff were. Thank you for that! "I visited this restaurant with my daughter and ordered the strawberry matcha tea with boba, while she chose the peach strawberry fruit tea with boba. It's great that they don't charge extra for the boba! The staff was very friendly, and both drinks were delicious and refreshing. The strawberry flavor was fantastic, and I really enjoy matcha. We both opted for the large size, which was $4.95 each. I would definitely return!"

"I was really impressed with the Taro milk tea! It was my first experience with real taro instead of the instant powder, and I absolutely loved the natural flavor—it’s so much better! It wasn't overly sweet like artificial options can be. I also added chia seeds, and they paired perfectly. The woman who worked there was incredibly sweet and dedicated; you could really feel her passion for what she does. "I actually use to like this place based on their juices; but unfortunately I have to rate them very low; if I could give a 0 on this visit, I wish I could. I recently placed an order over the phone for pickup. I advised that I had a SEVERE TREE NUT ALLERGY. I was assure that their wouldn't be any cross contamination on my food and they would be careful. It was on my receipt also. After picking up my food on my lunch break, I was about to eat a tuna wrap from there, thankfully I looked at my food and I saw they had PECANS throughout my entire tuna wrap. Had I ate what was given to me, I would not be able to leave this review to warn others about this HUGE incident that could have taken my life. I called the establishment and they refunded my money and apologized, and said that the tuna I order has pecans, it's not in their menu, website nor was I told that information when I told the person who took my order that I'm severely allergic. Rest assured I will not be returning. I can not take a chance on my life again due to the incompetence of their staff."

"OMG!!!!!I’m not generally a healthy food eater. My daughter wanted a smoothie so I begrudgingly joined her at this spot for in Chestnut Hill while we waited for an appointment. She ordered a papaya bowl and I ordered the smallest Açaí bowl they offered because I was starving and didn’t want to waste it. After the first bite, I was hooked. I just kept going in for more and more and more until I regretted my decision of ordering a small.The two days following I went back and ordered my Açaí bowl fix. I guess it might be a good idea to try some other menu options. I’ll be there tomorrow for another bowl. Run, don’t walk!!!!"

"I had a fantastic experience with the acai bowl! It was my first time visiting this place. I’ve often seen it advertised, but I’ve always been a bit cautious about acai spots since not all of them are quality. However, this place exceeded my expectations. I ordered the regular acai bowl without coconut and blueberries, opting for kiwi and Nutella instead. It was incredibly delicious, refreshingly cold, and quite satisfying.
