My husband and I enjoy walking to this place to get lattes and occasionally breakfast. The staff is consistently kind and friendly, and the lattes are fantastic! I gladly walk past Starbucks just to get my coffee here.

Their drinks and food are so good! My friends and I liked all we had. Highly recommend this coffee shop. I had a cup of lavender matcha, and it was the best matcha i have ever had!!!!! I normally prefer preparing my own healthy breakfast at home. However, This is a convenient café if you need to be in this area early am. It does offer some healthy choices besides the popular fried items. I liked the multi grain avocado toast with sliced boiled egg. Good serving portion to get you going for the morning ahead. Spacious corner parking lot was quiet at 8-8:30am, to enjoy eating outside. With a large americano with milk, the total was $17.50 including taxes+tips

Always on the hunt for a great cheap breakfast sandwich accompanied by good coffee. KUDOS FOR THE VERVE COFFEE SERVED HERE. Verve is the best cuppajoe in LA right now. And they make the coffee well, unlike the Capital One Cafe in Santa Monica which also serves Verve. The breakfast sandwich options run from cheap to regular, so you can find the version you want. Hot tasty and affordable, by LA standards anyway. Well done Boardhouse. I WILL REMEMBER THIS SPOT when I need a pit stop in West LA.
