"chef bart vandaele and fabian welcomed us in this fantastic restaurant like family and made our group immediately welcome and included. the chef heard that because of covid19 we had missed a trip to Belgium, and the personal did everything they could to feel like we had made it to brugge or at least to bruise. the cheese croquettes are kissing a heavenly combination of cheese, and the moule (mussel) were praised as the best in dc. to complete the experience, the chef himself is something of what happens when they leave a Belgian in America too long, a fried waffle with apples and fried (yes, a fried Belgian waffel) with some equally satisfying speculoos eis. (speculoos is that taste it from biscoff cookies also serve a Belgian speciality). sat in and sit on the bar, or take a table and prepare them for a bit to stay, each bite is worth visiting."

"We had dinner at The Artichoke cafe in Albuquerque en route from skiing at Taos back home to New Jersey. What a wonderful delight! Service is so warm, personable and efficient. Our waiter described the dishes perfectly, recommended choices, and addedthe delightfully fun touch to the overall experience! Thank you, Sam! Food is scrumptious. Every dish is a perfect symphony offlavors. Cream of mushroom soup is a delicate blend of earthy mushroom tastes in a smooth base. Duck breast bypassed my favoriteone at a Hudson valley restaurant near CIA (Culinary institute of America) the spice rub on the skin adds a flavorful burst. And the lamb ragout is perfect exploding with flavors and textures, with a bit of heat and a cool touch of whipped ricotta. And the orange cardamom creme brûlée is a perfect finish to any meal!"

"Our aerver Diane was amazing. Peraonally find the manu a bit limited, tuna carpaccio was excellent, oysters were miniature and for sure not expected in NoLa, osobucco was good, good wine selection and options. Fish entree was very well plated (did not taste it) but the star was de cacio e pepe pasta we ordered to share as a side (not available as a side) desserts were ok. The only downside was we ordered some bread (2 orders of tuna carpaccio and not even a little cracker available) and we received 3 slices of a very poor looking oil impregnated bread.. and were told we will be charged for it.. we asked for the manager, saw the guy walking around and not willing to stop and talk… we sent the “bread” back and asked our server to remove ot from our check……."

"What a beautiful gem in downtown Cincinnati! Our experience at 21c was 5 stars across the board. Upon arrival the valet staff is very friendly, polite, and helpful. The check in staff is wonderful, they made me feel right at home and had a wealth of information about the hotel surrounding area. Our room was beautiful and charmingly unique! The design and amenities are top notch, even inspired some ideas we'll be implementing in our own home. After getting settled we went out for a date night and didn't even have to leave the hotel! The museum space is a delight, the exhibit on display during our stay was thought provoking and a wonderful time spent. We then had dinner at Metropole, connected to the hotel, which was delicious! The staff there was also very friendly. The on site gym is very clean and well appointed, and open 24 hours! Overall we could not have been happier with our stay and hope to return soon! Thank you all at the 21c Cincinnati.Rooms: Clean, great design, everything we needed and more.Walkability: Everything is so close!Food drinks: Great onsite restaurant.Noteworthy details: All staff is incredibly polite, friendly, and gracious. 21c Cincinnati staff sets the bar all hotel staff should be aiming for."

"Our group unanimously found our Christmas Eve dinner to be quite disappointing. The three-course feast was served at a cold to lukewarm temperature and lacked flavor. At $125 per person, it felt like an exceptionally poor value. With the added gratuity of over $90, this dinner turned out to be one of the most expensive yet most disappointing experiences we've had in Bozeman. Additionally, due to a mistake on their part, we were given a subpar table and felt rushed throughout our holiday meal. We won't be returning to this restaurant in the future."

"frustrating dinner. there was a big group that had a gift exchange party. they were much too loud and I could not hear anything my date said! if they are a group that can clearly sit in party mode in another section, please note that."

"We have been to webers countless times and although the food is always delicious this time the service was very poor. It took 25 min once seated to take our order then we were never checked on once we received our dinners. We were celebrating our sons birthday and the service really ruined the night. The manager did apologize as did the server but it was a disappointing dinner because of the lack of service. We will dine here again and hope for better service next time. Things happen and we understand that but we wish the manager would have stepped in sooner to help her if she was so busy."

"I have visited The Jeffrey multiple times and I am a huge fan! One of the reasons I always look forward to my visits is because of Gerardo, who works on the coffee and bar side. He is always friendly, attentive, and goes out of his way to assist all customers. Gerardo is knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, treats everyone with kindness, and helps create a welcoming atmosphere for all. Thank you, Gerardo!"

"Our second visit. Lots of service mistakes (eg, fall menu given to us when seated but not yet available at end of summer; aioli skipped not on the side; protein on salad not added). Some people thought dishes were unexpectedly over seasoned (fried chicken too peppery; fries too salty). But the drinks were good and atmosphere cheery. Want the place to succeed, hope it grows into its vision. Dietary restrictions: Said the French fries came from a gluten-free frier (rare and appreciated by our celiac guest)"

"The food, beverages and service were excellent, and our table in the back looked into the garden...too bad it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only drawback was the noise level as there does not appear to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We were seated next to a table of 6 or 7 and they were having lively conversation with lots of laughs. Nice folks but we were not unhappy when they finished. Reina was a good value and we'll go again when we come back to Frederic."

"I stopped by this place for a to-go order yesterday. I walked in and asked Piper about my order. She pointed to the area where they place the orders and told me it would be there. I looked and saw nothing. So I had a seat and waited. I saw Piper take a coffee to another pickup table and I asked her on her way back by if it was mine and got a snotty “no” from her. Fifteen minutes later I’m still waiting for a coffee! I then asked Ainsley about my order. It was then I was told that there was no order. Ainsley was super apologetic and immediately fixed the situation. I am thankful for her patience and sweetness. I was upset for being ignored and treated so rudely by the other woman. I will say that I think it was just bad timing. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I was too and she didn’t help. It is a super cute shop and very cozy/inviting. Had it not been for that, I would give this place five stars for sure!"

"Vegan, gluten-free organic, and everything from their kitchen is made in-house! As Mike (Manager said, “We’re not trying to make food that tastes like meat.” …No Impossible or Beyond products (yeay . He told us that the owner was in finance, had Celiacs, and no place to get good, clean food out. So Goodbeet was born! And THANK YOU for it too! He also said that their community kept them running during the lockdown. We both had the Better Burger — think vegan ‘Big Mac’. The tasty patties are made with walnuts, portobello mushrooms black beans, layered on nut-bread bun (forgot ingr. , special sauce, butter lettuce, and Fishtown (from Philly pickles"

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"Reduced to tears on my birthday! What a horrid experience. I foolishly invited 10 friends to Moxies for my birthday celebration. We are a mature group of 55 65yr old professionals who eat out pretty much every day. The service was horrendous...we had to keep sending somebody into the restaurant for service, water, drinks etc. Things deteriorated quickly after we paid the check and then decided to order coffees. Matthew (manager? suddenly appeared, leaned down on the table and told us he needed us to leave straight away as they needed our table for another party just as our coffees arrived! It seems he didn 't like being undermined by the server who told us we were fine to stay, they had another table nearby which they quickly set up. All good. Then the server offered us more drinks so a couple of our party ordered Espresso Martinis. She lost the order and so our drinks took about 30 minutes to arrive and were comped. As soon as our drinks arrived Matthew also reappeared with 2 or 3 security guards and again demanded that we leave as we weren 't spending enough at that point!!! We had paid our check and left a hefty tip which I requested be returned after the rudeness from him. He refused. We told him we wanted to finish our drinks and then we would leave ASAP. Immediately, he got on his radio and we found ourselves surrounded by security staff and other managers . My night was ruined, we were intimidated and embarrassed. The staff refused to clear our table which was covered with glasses, plates, left over food etc. My friend asked many times for them to please clear the table to which Matthew replied that it was not company policy to clear the table while guests were still seated! In the end, I moved all of the debris to another empty table and cleaned the table myself. On my birthday! We will never return to Moxies, which is a pity because we are locals and have been regular patrons since they opened. The evening was ruined. A nightmare."

"Booked an early dinner, wanted to check this place out for a while. Having read some of the reviews, I was a little reluctant, but we were promptly seated. Ordered drinks, the bar was a little slow, but nothing to complain about. My wife ordered the steak salad, which was good. I ordered the prime burger and sweet potato fries and a salad. Burger was really good, two patties cooked to order, they brought fries instead of the sweets, but they corrected the mistake and the sweet potato fries were tasty. Would have been better hot. The salad was fresh with two big strips of bacon. Overall the food, service and ambiance of the restaurant was between fair and good. Might give them another shot, but wouldn't rush back."

"This place has a strange atmosphere. It’s been around for over a decade, yet it feels like it just opened. The drink and condiment station resembles your uncle's backyard BBQ setup. The service is decent; they fulfill your order, but that’s about it. I tried the sriracha breakfast burrito, and to be honest, it tasted like something a 14-year-old could whip up at home. The salsa reminded me of store-bought Pace salsa. Everything is just *okay*, but with so many delicious and unique cafes and restaurants in Pasadena and the LA area, it really isn’t worth the visit. (Also, when I arrived, the pastry case was nearly empty)."

"Never been more disappointed in a meal. We went out for out year wedding anniversary and wanted something nicer. We started out with the duck fat fries, I'll take Penn Station fries any day over these. They tasted like old oil fries at a normal restaurant. For my meal I picked the day Bone In Wagyu Ribeye at the tune of I shouldn't need a dipping sauce for a signature steak. My wife picked the Maple Salmon, apparently they forgot the maple, or any other flavor for that matter. Applebee's has more flavor than these meals. The atmosphere was ok, drink selection was good and the staff was decent. We intentionally passed on the dessert as we didn't want to get disappointed on that as well"

"I had the Thai wrap and it was amazing—so flavorful! It was so delicious that I ended up eating it too quickly and got full really fast, haha. I couldn't finish the other half. I also loved how it was paired with fruits. Robin was my server and she was so much fun; I really enjoyed her company. It felt like I was relaxing at the beach with great people. Overall, I had a fantastic time hanging out with Robin!"
