"I cannot even leave a star for service because it was that bad. This is for the management, whom seem impossible to contact. I do not like to leave public posts but there is no one to contact from the establishment on their website...no contact info, apparently for any of Casey 's Pistola 's places...I used to frequent here when I lived in South Philly and I am beyond disappointed...came after a Phillies game...we were all industry people willing to spend a lot of money. The guy behind the bar asked what are we doing here? when we were first tried to sit at a table and then said lets sit at the bar as not to keep the server (we were trying to be considerate) ...to which he said she 's here with me all night, regardless. He was not kind and rude.So we sat at a table. Drinks took forever. Food came out before one pitcher of margs and there was only one person at the bar. I had to get up to ask the bartender for napkins and then again get up and find the sever, who was on her phone by the kitchen pass, for cutlery. The bill was complicated at the end. She presented one bill and then when she ran the card was half of that...I overtipped certainly for the experience and want a full refund. Shady, comped half the bill for the tip and also the service was horrible. She also had no personality.Do not recommend this place, especially for late night. It used to be warm and welcoming at any hour and now it just feels like you are an inconvenience to be there (and if it had been friendly and welcoming we would 've gotten that second pitcher and spent more)."

"While there’s an extensive menu, it appeared that our server wasn't well-versed in all the options. For instance, when we ordered the two enchiladas, they came with just the fillings we chose—lacking cheese, sauce, or sour cream. The scallops in the scallop fajitas were overcooked and rubbery. One of our companions enjoyed her chimichanga, but the Spanish rice was disappointing, with unseasoned frozen peas, carrots, and corn—it was quite bland. On a positive note, the drinks offered good value. However, please stop using Jose Cuervo in the house margarita; no self-respecting Latin restaurant should serve that artificially colored junk anymore. The servers worked hard, and I bear no ill will towards them, but the front-of-house management seemed very poor. We arrived early when there were only a few tables, but as it got busier, our server and one other took on nearly all the tables while other staff members in different sections were just hanging around. After our food arrived, we didn't see our server again until it was time for the check. Overall, it felt like the focus was on cramming in as many patrons as possible to make a profit, rather than fostering an atmosphere of excellent service, good food, and enjoyment. I noticed they are also promoting their breakfast menu, but the menu displayed in the restroom was filled with spelling and logical errors."
