"We purchased vouchers for the oyster festival and made a reservation via OpenTable. When we arrived at the restaurant, our waiter informed us that there weren't enough oysters for our group and suggested that we should have specified our oyster preference during the reservation process. However, there was no option to do this on the OpenTable site. Rather than offering a solution to accommodate us, the waiter only apologized and did nothing to help. Disheartened, we decided to leave, paid for our drinks, and went to a nearby restaurant where we received excellent service and they happily accepted our $200 bill. If the initial restaurant continues to operate like this, we have serious doubts about their ability to stay in business."
