"I've been here before,the food service has always been VERY good. Today I had terrible service, the Raman had zero taste. The atmosphere was loud annoying due to a family of 5 w/very loud children which is whatever, its a restaurant. BUT...The waitress did not check on me even once I had to ask a different waiter for the check. I was baffled on how that loud family was checked on every 10 min, another table w/1,like myself, asked several times if all was well. I didn't leave a gratuity,which has only happened once in my life, because I'm sorry, there was no service except an order taken food brought to my table! My waitress just sat at another table w/her back towards the dining room! The entire time I'm watching other waiters checking on other patrons,asking how the food is, asking if they need anything but not me?! BUT....a different waiter makes it a point to come after me in the parking lot because I left no gratuity?! I told him why.....I got a typical I'm sorry,the end. Disappointed won't be returning."
