"I recently visited this amazing deli on a trip to visit my daughter at Columbia University. First, the staff was very welcoming and so very friendly. The food was amazing. I got the triple decker turkey club and it was literally the freshest club I've ever eaten. This establishment represents everything a 5 start small buisness should represent. I also visited IL Panino PIzzaria beside it and the pizza was absolutely delicious. This will be my go to stop when visiting NYC."

"The food was decent, and the portions were quite generous. However, the corned beef skillet was undercooked and lacked flavor. On the bright side, the pancakes were quite good, although they do not offer real maple syrup. The service was quick and attentive, and I enjoyed a lovely window seat with a view of the street. However, the only downside is that they start shutting down 15-30 minutes before closing time, which they really shouldn’t do. For instance, if they say they close at 6, they actually close the doors by 5:30 and are usually out of the building by around 5:45."

"After walking about for over 6 hours on the 4th of July trying to find a good viewing spot for the fireworks, we found this diner OPEN! NYC had just opened and we knew there were a lot of closed restaurants. SO glad this place was open as late as it was! It really is a typical NY diner. Nothing special in the food or the service. LOTS of people trying to get into this place at 10pm. What a relief on my poor aching feet! We had a relatively short wait (the line was increasing by the time we got inside) and were seated at a window seat. The ceiling of this diner has constellations painted all over. Which was nice to look at as we had TIME before they took our order and a little more time to get our food. The food was your typical diner offerings and the staff was busting it trying to get people in, seated, served and taken care of. We got in, served food (hot food was mostly hot and tasty) and drinks (tough getting refills, but it was a slammed house) and were out in under 90 minutes. As a tourist, I was glad to have an open restaurant at that time of night but don't know if I would seek it out again. Great place to try at least once if you are in town and in that part of the city (post a late night event). Glad we had the opportunity to try another typical NYC diner. I am sure this would be a place to go-to if you lived near as the food offerings were very typical and simple."

The cashier appeared annoyed by our presence during checkout, which added to our negative experience. To make matters worse, they serve meals on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils, which feels cheap and is not environmentally friendly. We regretted not walking the additional 10 minutes to the North Street Diner in the North End. Although this restaurant filled our stomachs, the combination of uninspired food, inadequate service, and wasteful packaging means we won't be returning. Sometimes, it's worth the extra effort to find a place that truly values both its food and its customers."

"Roma Little Italy on Fayette St. will never get my business again. I order from here often but today I will never do it again. They delivered the wrong food to my job. I ordered honey old bay wings and I received chicken tenders. I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes to prove that this occurred. First they told me that the chef said he fixed the correct food. I had to screen shot the chicken tenders and my receipt. Then they come back to the phone and admit that it was their fault but they do not have enough drivers and unable to send the correct food. They can offer me free wings the next time I order. Excuse me, there will not be a next time. So I was out of my money and food because I hate chicken tenders. The manager explained to me that he will refund my money or send me the correct order. I should give him a few minutes and he will call me back. I never received anything and the manager never called me back."

"As I was planning everything from out of state, I was grateful for the assistance from Ryan and Nancy, who made the process straightforward and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating in the lead-up to the event. They provided a price quote months in advance, and the final bill matched, so there were no unexpected costs. They worked closely with me to fulfill all my requests, allowed me to store supplies ahead of time, and even let us in early on the day of the event to set up. After the celebration, they called to ensure I was satisfied, which I really appreciated. The events manager, Jenn (I believe), along with her team of servers, made sure everything went smoothly. They checked in regularly, addressing any last-minute needs and adjusting as necessary. They even allowed us to extend our time a bit because of a late start, which was very considerate. Unfortunately, a tropical storm affected some guests, but the staff ensured that I could take home the meals I had paid for, which was such a thoughtful gesture. My mom had a wonderful time, and I felt incredibly supported by the team. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Oh, and the food was amazing! "I discovered this charming little restaurant after seeing a food photo on Facebook. I had passed by it countless times without giving it much thought, assuming it only served desserts. However, I decided to stop by for breakfast yesterday and ordered the Mexican Omelet. It was delicious! The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The decor is adorable and spotlessly clean, making me feel like I had stepped into a movie from the 1950s. The staff is friendly, and the service is quite fast. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the area, especially if I’m heading to the nearby Century 21."
