"As for the papelón with lemon, it didn’t seem entirely natural, or if it was, it felt mixed with something else. The cachapa also missed its traditional flavor, resembling more of a pancake, though it was the most acceptable dish as the pork was well-cooked.
Additionally, the service left much to be desired. We were the only customers at the time, yet the waitress treated us as if she were busy, being inattentive and unfriendly. We were three polite customers, ordering everything with please, thank you, and friendly gestures, yet it felt as though we were the ones expected to prompt gratitude.
On a positive note, I did like the atmosphere, and the bar looked quite nice."
