"As for the papelón with lemon, it didn’t seem entirely natural, or if it was, it felt mixed with something else. The cachapa also missed its traditional flavor, resembling more of a pancake, though it was the most acceptable dish as the pork was well-cooked. Additionally, the service left much to be desired. We were the only customers at the time, yet the waitress treated us as if she were busy, being inattentive and unfriendly. We were three polite customers, ordering everything with please, thank you, and friendly gestures, yet it felt as though we were the ones expected to prompt gratitude. On a positive note, I did like the atmosphere, and the bar looked quite nice."

Awesome food! The owners and the people work there are great. You can tell they really put care into what they do. I've never had one bad experience in the last 8 years I've been eating there! View menu

Went for dinner for a delayed birthday celebration. Food was sweet and savory!! My picky eater loves the rice?I know who doesn?t love rice. Did not have a chance to try desserts but guess what there will be a next time. Don?t sleep on La Arepa or you willmiss out! Buen provecho ???? Almost forgot?our waiter was phenomenal. He was the only one and served all the tables!! View menu

This was my first experience with Venezuelan cuisine, and I can't wait to return. Every dish we ordered was delicious, and you could really tell it was homemade. We opted for takeout this time since the dining area wasn't open yet, but next time, we'll dine in. The man at the counter was incredibly helpful; he explained what some of the items were and made suggestions based on our preferences. We definitely plan to come back!

I attempted to call ahead three times but nobody answered at 2:30 PM. When I arrived at the restaurant, which was open, I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes on a Saturday at 3 PM, and noticed there was only one table of four people. No server came to greet me, there was no host, and I didn't see any staff members. I ended up leaving and tried to place a takeout order, but the restaurant never confirmed my order and didn't pick up when I called to follow up. If they're unable to serve customers, they shouldn't be open to the public. Meal type: Other.
