"I have been a loyal customer of Jack in the Box since 1983. Last night, around 9:30 to 9:45 PM, my wife and I walked to the dining room only to find the door locked. My wife suggested we use the drive-thru instead. As she turned to head back to the car, she noticed a petite lady cleaning the soda machine. I believe her name is Alondra. She reassured us that the drive-thru was open, which made me very happy because I had a rumbling stomach! I expressed my appreciation for her attention to detail while cleaning the soda machine; it was truly refreshing to see someone take pride in their work."

"The drive-thru experience was disappointing; they never seem to get my order right. When I called to speak with the manager, the person who answered passed me to a new employee who had just started their first day. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie, like the spaghetti scene from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"—it was both surprising and amusing. America is a wild place right now, and I can't help but feel frustrated by the current state of affairs, which I attribute to the president. If only this were just a movie!"

"3.5 stars for the declining quality of meat and the mechanical handling of pre-made food that meets U.S. standards. 4.5 stars for the hardworking staff in a challenging and crowded environment. This particular Jack in the Box has consistently met my expectations. However, I sympathize with the moms working overnight next to a cold drive-thru window, facing what are clearly outdated conditions. The food maintains the consistent quality associated with Jack in the Box. It's worth noting that food quality has generally declined across most fast-food establishments, and overall restaurant costs have increased with a weakened U.S. dollar. I genuinely appreciate those dedicated workers who manage a job that few of us could handle in real life. Regarding cleanliness and the quality of food served, I would say they are doing their best given the circumstances. I usually order breakfast sandwich meals, flagship Big Burger meals, desserts, and milkshakes, so this gives you an idea of the basis for my review. Cheers!"

And to think at the first of the year in 2024 fast food service employees will be making $20 an hour in California. This is definitely failure from management. "The food that we purchased at Jack In The Box was perfect. We enjoyed the food so much that we had Jack in the Box again that same day. Jack in the Box seems to always impress me.Wheelchair accessibility: There were plenty of handicapped parking stalls close to the door. "The “KIDS” running the drive thru at this place are “ DISGUSTING!” I usually leave great reviews but this time it was a really bad experience to the point where they put a “HAIR!” On my curly fries . We waited 10 minutes on the drive thru and when i told them why they left us waiting for so long they said that i had just pulled in and that the sensor didn’t see me, when actually as soon as we pulled in a girl said “ one sec, we’ll be right with you” after 5 minutes we said “HELLO!” And after 10 minutes we called them again and they were all being rude and trying to tell me that i was a lier when they have cameras and can see the 5 cars behind us. On our way on the freeway we found a hair on our food. And i swear this is not a lie. They did it on purpose. “DISGUSTING”. This was on 09/01/23 at 9:20 pm."

"I had an issue with my order and the “manager“ on duty was not willing to Help unless I drove all the way over there. He offered me free French fries for an entire order being messed up. When asked who the manager was the next day so I could discuss this with them he refused to answer. Not only was he rude to me, he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone after that! Customer service is awful and food is never prepared accurately (I’m 3/3 for food not prepared accurately or, even worse, a health risk to those who ate the food provided! Avoid this location as much as possible!! Their employees and managers don’t care and neither does corporate (or else the managers and employees would NOT act like this to their values customers or anyone because there would be consequences . my husband worked for Foodmaker Inc for many years and anyone under him who acted as such would not still be with our company. "My occasional guilty pleasure at this JIB is their egg rolls, breakfast sandwiches, and shakes. Wait, what?! With Clement Street just a block away, known for its array of Dim Sum takeout, I'm raving about their egg rolls? Yes, I am! They're perfectly fried—delicious and consistently good. Most of the nearby dim sum places offer egg rolls filled only with cabbage, and they tend to be overly greasy. Here, they're served piping hot and with just the right amount of crispness. Their breakfast sandwiches are what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The service is usually quick and polite. The ambiance isn't much, as it's a small place, and I often take my orders to go when I visit."

"I visit this place quite often. The staff is generally nice, although it's not quite the level of service you get at Chick-fil-A, but I suppose it is fast food. I'm writing this review because I visited over the weekend and ordered a Smash Jack, which was excellent. However, I also ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich that was absolutely terrible. They slathered a huge amount of sauce on both sides of the bun, making the sandwich soggy and greasy. I couldn't even finish it; I took one bite and had to throw it away. I spent nearly $20 on two sandwiches and a medium fry. At that price, I'd rather go to Taco Bell, which is in the same plaza. It wasn't busy during my visit, so I'm puzzled by the inconsistency at this location. (Just a heads up, I worked at Jack in the Box for three years, so I'm familiar with what the food quality standards should be.)"

"Ordered from jack in the box last night, the drinks were perfectly fine, filled with ice up and soda up to the brim. All the food had no problems with them, next morning I am on my way to throw out the leftovers to find a USED lid in my soda. "EDIT 2: Went to go use my voucher today. Drove around back to to find an employee (a line cook possibly) smoking next to the wide open service door that leads to the kitchen. Didn't place an order and drove off. EDIT: Was finally contacted by Corporateto see what happened, a refund was mailed to me in the form of a voucher. ORIGINAL: Absolute trash. Manager was super combativeeven after she had admitted she was wrong and still refused to refund me for the items that were missing from the order.Submitted multiple inquiries to try and get the money back from these missing items and (not to be funny) have not heard Jack...Would love someone to contact me to get this sorted out, but I am running out of options."

"I was excited to enjoy a Diet Dr Pepper and curly fries inside the dining room instead of dealing with the drive-thru, which usually means relying on a friend with a car. I ordered the curly fries and Diet Dr Pepper, but instead of fish, they only had chicken strips. These strips were huge and looked more like claws or half moons rather than actual strips—quite funny. My friend dining with me was also disappointed with his meal, saying it was too dry. I like this restaurant and might return. It’s not usually convenient for me, but since we have some history there, I was hoping for a good experience. I’ll give it another chance and see how it goes."

"Didn't get what I ordered, it had bacon on it when I ordered sausage, I can't eat soft bacon, even my drinks were wrong. They did not help to fix the problem, because they did not have a manager. Extremely rude customer service and at the JACK on 43rd and Peoria, the customer is NEVER right.. Also some of your food is cold or so greasy the paper bag is soak in grease from the employees not draining your fried foods properly. Plus when you file a complaint NOTHING HAPPENS!!!
