The customer service was excellent, and the food was served quickly while still hot.

Service was awesome but our hamburgers had no flavor. The meat was plain no salt or anything.

I absolutely love this location! The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the premises are clean. The atmosphere is peaceful as well. This is the only burger stand I visit! View menu

Lol I got kicked out at 4:25pm on Friday evening because it was the employee's dinner time and told to come back after 5pm..haha first time ever I heard a fast food joint shutdown for dinner....

I have been coming here forever as it is the closest jack in the box to me. That will change now or I’ll just head over to McDonald’s. I ordered two tacos and a burger combo and asked for an extra sauce I was given two which I had to ask for. The lady said they charge 10c a sauce. Never have I had them tell me this before.

Ok…. My buddy and I get into drive through and over the course of our ordering we were told 4 times “sorry, we’re out of that”. What??? When we asked this woman why they were out of so many things her answer was, “I don’t know”. No attempt to find out either. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH WORK ETHIC AND EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES THESE DAYS. Terrible experience. You get six items (tacos and burgers) along with fries and drinks, but they charge you for every ranch after the first one. Yes, that’s right—only one free! What a joke. This is the only Jack in the Box I've encountered that charges for sauce. The woman who took our order had a terrible attitude and also forgot to include the hot sauce we requested politely. I definitely won't be returning. It makes sense why the restaurant was so empty. At least it was relatively clean.

Having lived outside of California for over a decade, I've developed a craving for certain foods whenever I visit. One of those cravings is for the tacos from Jack in the Box. While they may not be the best in quality and are quite greasy, the beef used in them somehow makes them incredibly tasty. I also appreciate Jack in the Box for its extensive menu, which features a wide variety of fried foods like jalapeño poppers, onion rings, fries, and egg rolls. Plus, they serve breakfast all day long, which is a definite bonus!

Why I gave Ricardo a one star. 1. Cannot understand what he is saying through his mask, but when I had a lady helping me. She was clear, and I could understand her! 2. You gave me today (June 2, 2022) about a hand full of ketchup. That I had to askfor. The ketchup little bags were all sticky. I through them out on your parking lot! That was rude! 3. Don 't forget to giveme and all customers their receipts! 4. Ricardo you have helped me many times before, and I still cannot understand you! Youare not loud enough to hear.
