Jack In The Box - Carta

I absolutely love this location! The food is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and the premises are clean. The atmosphere is peaceful as well. This is the only burger stand I visit!

Lol I got kicked out at 4:25pm on Friday evening because it was the employee's dinner time and told to come back after 5pm..haha first time ever I heard a fast food joint shutdown for dinner....

Breakfast Jack was ok with bacon, it's better with ham. The Potato Logs were delicious and the breaded, fried Chicken sandwich was delicious! First time we tried it and it was delicious! Crunchy and flavorful! Definitely a must-buy entrée for future visits there. Ver carta

I have been coming here forever as it is the closest jack in the box to me. That will change now or I’ll just head over to McDonald’s. I ordered two tacos and a burger combo and asked for an extra sauce I was given two which I had to ask for. The lady said they charge 10c a sauce. Never have I had them tell me this before.

Ok…. My buddy and I get into drive through and over the course of our ordering we were told 4 times “sorry, we’re out of that”. What??? When we asked this woman why they were out of so many things her answer was, “I don’t know”. No attempt to find out either. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH WORK ETHIC AND EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES THESE DAYS. No one cares about jack squat.

The manager in the day shift likes to call me boy whenever I come into eat at the location on Western ave in San Pedro. Despite the fact that I am 46 and can wipe my own *ss. I used a coupon to buy two supreme croissant sandwiches extra mayo. They didn 't have mayo and they didn 't look to appetizing?Restaurant was clean and it is close to where I live. Terrible experience. You get six items (tacos and burgers) along with fries and drinks, but they charge you for every ranch after the first one. Yes, that’s right—only one free! What a joke. This is the only Jack in the Box I've encountered that charges for sauce. The woman who took our order had a terrible attitude and also forgot to include the hot sauce we requested politely. I definitely won't be returning. It makes sense why the restaurant was so empty. At least it was relatively clean.

I ordered a side salad for $2.39, but when I reached the window, the employee informed me it was actually $2.97. I asked why it was so much more when the menu clearly listed it as $2.39. She replied that she didn't know and mentioned tax. In California, tax is typically around 10 cents on the dollar. I told her that was excessive and decided not to purchase anything, then drove away. I've been going to that Jack in the Box for over 45 years, but I have no intention of returning. They are overcharging customers with extra fees that even the staff aren’t aware of. Goodbye, Jack in the Box!

Why I gave Ricardo a one star. 1. Cannot understand what he is saying through his mask, but when I had a lady helping me. She was clear, and I could understand her! 2. You gave me today (June 2, 2022) about a hand full of ketchup. That I had to askfor. The ketchup little bags were all sticky. I through them out on your parking lot! That was rude! 3. Don 't forget to giveme and all customers their receipts! 4. Ricardo you have helped me many times before, and I still cannot understand you! Youare not loud enough to hear.
