"This restaurant is closing this week apparently would have been nice to know. Really disappointing date night shouldn’t bear the name Nick and Sams, more like Dave and Busters without the games but better ambiance, well maybe without a 9 year old running around the restaurant out of control after 8 pm. Loved my server and the gentleman that carved our steak, however one of the runners practically tossed our appetizers on the table, rude. Should have cancelled when the main restaurant said we didn’t have reservations felt like a bait and switch. Should write off the tab as a gambling loss."

"I have been a loyal customer of Jack in the Box since 1983. Last night, around 9:30 to 9:45 PM, my wife and I walked to the dining room only to find the door locked. My wife suggested we use the drive-thru instead. As she turned to head back to the car, she noticed a petite lady cleaning the soda machine. I believe her name is Alondra. She reassured us that the drive-thru was open, which made me very happy because I had a rumbling stomach! I expressed my appreciation for her attention to detail while cleaning the soda machine; it was truly refreshing to see someone take pride in their work."

"The drive-thru experience was disappointing; they never seem to get my order right. When I called to speak with the manager, the person who answered passed me to a new employee who had just started their first day. It felt like a scene straight out of a movie, like the spaghetti scene from "Fast Times at Ridgemont High"—it was both surprising and amusing. America is a wild place right now, and I can't help but feel frustrated by the current state of affairs, which I attribute to the president. If only this were just a movie!"

"3.5 stars for the declining quality of meat and the mechanical handling of pre-made food that meets U.S. standards. 4.5 stars for the hardworking staff in a challenging and crowded environment. This particular Jack in the Box has consistently met my expectations. However, I sympathize with the moms working overnight next to a cold drive-thru window, facing what are clearly outdated conditions. The food maintains the consistent quality associated with Jack in the Box. It's worth noting that food quality has generally declined across most fast-food establishments, and overall restaurant costs have increased with a weakened U.S. dollar. I genuinely appreciate those dedicated workers who manage a job that few of us could handle in real life. Regarding cleanliness and the quality of food served, I would say they are doing their best given the circumstances. I usually order breakfast sandwich meals, flagship Big Burger meals, desserts, and milkshakes, so this gives you an idea of the basis for my review. Cheers!"

"At a certain point, there was no one at the counter, just a girl with hair clips. She didn't give me her name when I tried to place my order. She informed me that I had to order through the drive-thru because they were short-staffed and closing at 4 o'clock. I have never seen more than 2 people working at a Jack in the Box, but whatever. It was 3:50. The customer service was lacking, and it seemed like she just didn't want to cook because they were close to closing. Google says they are open 24 hours, but they close at 4. The sign on the door says 24-hour drive-thru, but okay. So, I decided to use DoorDash on my phone. I placed my order through the drive-thru to get my food. The girl at the window told me they were closed, but I insisted that I had an order to pick up. A skinny guy came to the window and said their system was down, so they couldn't take any orders. I showed him my order on my phone and he took a picture of it before making my food. I had to adjust my tip because of the inconvenience and decided to review the entire experience. I wrote this review while waiting for my food, feeling incredibly frustrated. This place is absolutely terrible! The management needs to address these issues. Update 5:36AM - I had to return because they only gave me half of my sandwiches. I had paid almost $30 for 3 breakfast sandwiches and a drink, and they didn't give me what I ordered. This time, a different person took my order, a sweet Hispanic lady who promptly fixed the mistake. The young boy was still there and took orders as I moved to the drive-thru menu. I explained that I needed my order and also wanted a coffee. He asked me to go to the window, where I told the Hispanic lady about the situation. She apologized and promptly made my sandwiches. The young boy then asked me to pay $4.33 for the coffee, to which I explained that I shouldn't be charged for the bad service I received earlier. Jack!"

It doesn't feel like a good value when part of the regular meal is missing, and it's even more disappointing when I pay extra for items that don’t arrive. We also don’t recommend the pricier chicken sandwiches here, as they often taste off, being over-fried or poorly cooked, which raises concerns about their safety. "Took my family today. Have my receipt from 4:19 PM. Very rude cashier asked if they had any specials He said he did not know gave very hard Looks to me my wife and child can’t miss the gentleman I’m referring to he had a blue bandanna around his head like a do rag The company headphone on one ear and a apple AirPod in the other two nose rings and chipping, black fingernail polish . And to think at the first of the year in 2024 fast food service employees will be making $20 an hour in California. This is definitely failure from management. "This restaurant feels like a scene from "Planet of the Apes," but with a twist: only disabled apes are working here. The staff struggles with basic reading skills, as they seem to just count your order items and pair them with whatever random items they can find. While I appreciate the effort to provide jobs for individuals with disabilities, I wish they would employ someone to train the staff so they could at least attempt to get the orders right. It’s unfortunate for the franchise owner to have to deal with this situation in what could be a prime location."

"The food that we purchased at Jack In The Box was perfect. We enjoyed the food so much that we had Jack in the Box again that same day. Jack in the Box seems to always impress me.Wheelchair accessibility: There were plenty of handicapped parking stalls close to the door. Additionally, they had several spots set aside for veterans, which to me is pretty impressive.Dietary restrictions: For those of you that have allergies like I do I know that Jack in the Box does not use any form of peanuts and their products."

"This review is dedicated specifically to Veronica! On Sunday, June 26, 2016, my husband and I were transporting a dog from Central California to the CA/AZ border in Blythe. Just five days earlier, we had experienced record-breaking heat. Unfortunately, as we drove into town, our 2000 Chrysler Sebring overheated. We had to wait outside in temperatures exceeding 115 degrees for two hours. While it would have been great to be allowed inside, we were truly touched by a kind woman—who I later learned was named Veronica—who came out and brought us a bowl of ice-cold water and a hamburger patty for our dog, Mr. Hugo, a robust 45-pound Spaniel mix. She also offered us two dripping wet Dasani bottles and even suggested she could bring us food. We graciously declined, not wanting to take advantage of Jack In The Box’s hospitality. Her kindness was so heartwarming and reminded me of how I feel when I see someone in need. Thank you, Veronica! After your shift ended around 3:30 PM, our dog was picked up, and we enjoyed some nice air conditioning on our drive home, arriving around 9:30 PM. We truly appreciated all the help you gave us!"

"Wonderful celebration of Halfway to St. Patrick's Day Weekend. Great food with a special Irish menu serving large portions. Our large group received great service and the staff were especially kind to the elderly and children. The live music by Back In Business played a mix of fun music that had everyone dancing and singing, even some Irish tunes. The bagpiper was an unexpected surprise playing throughout the bar and restaurant. The bar area offered large screens for the sports enthusiasts. The owner and his wife greeted everyone and later checked on almost every table to ensure that they were happy with the food and service."

"Went to this store at 7:34pm ordered an ultimate cheeseburger large combo with curly and a dr.Pepper and and extreme sausage sandwich large combo with curly fries and a diet dr.pepper, we were told to pull up to the front of the store and they would bring our food out. By 8:01pm and 6 other ordered completed we still haven't gotten our food, went into the store, they didn't even have our order made somehow between them taking our money and us parking in front of the store they lost our order, I was told I had to wait another 6mins for them to make our food, waited from 8:01pm to 8:20pm 6 more orders were completed some customers coming in with missing food or drinks from orders, even one customer had there food dropped. Finally at 8:30pm was given our food, but the order was wrong finally when the order was made right I asked for a refund because at that time I have waited for our order for over 45mins, only to be given a wrong order, was then told they don't care cuz they don't get paid enough, and was laughed at in my face. Only one person actually apologize and try to fix the problem but he was told off by his coworkers. Highly very disappointed and disgusted with how we were treated. Also if you have employees not caring for their jobs because they don't get paid enough maybe they shouldn't be representing your company. Not to mention the drive thru is always cluttered with trash and the inside is the same way."

"Why I gave Ricardo a one star. 1. Cannot understand what he is saying through his mask, but when I had a lady helping me. She was clear, and I could understand her! 2. You gave me today (June 2, 2022) about a hand full of ketchup. That I had to askfor. The ketchup little bags were all sticky. I through them out on your parking lot! That was rude! 3. Don 't forget to giveme and all customers their receipts! 4. Ricardo you have helped me many times before, and I still cannot understand you! Youare not loud enough to hear.
