"I had the worst dining experience ever! I went with a party of 12, and most of us ordered sushi. We waited over an hour for some food to arrive. The sushi rolls were just put on plates and scattered in front of random people, and our server couldn't identify what was what or who ordered what. We arrived at 5:30 to have dinner before a 7:00 appointment nearby. However, many of our orders—including two hibachi dishes, some sushi, and wontons—never even came out. Some guests had to leave for the appointment while others stayed behind to pay the bill. To make matters worse, the waiter accused some of our party of leaving without paying. Throughout the ordeal, the waiter seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. We had a bunch of hungry kids with us, and the lack of professionalism from the entire staff nearly ruined the birthday celebration. There were plenty of staff members on duty, most of whom just stood around looking lost. When we arrived, we were mostly the only customers, aside from a few at the bar. By the time we left, the restaurant was full, yet no one had received their food."
