"Decent place. The waiter used my used napkin to hand me my plate. Gross for me knowing I wiped my nose with it. It didn't touch my good but I was grossed out for his hand. And I never got extra salsa. He didn't come by till our for came out so I didn't get a chance to ask but I sat the empty bowl at the edge of the table to show it was empty. Foods was super tasty as Carlos O' Kelly's usually is though. And the server was friendly."

"This was our first visit, and my wife and I were uncertain about where to dine. We were seeking something special, but we couldn’t quite define what that was. Eventually, we chose Carlos O'Kelly's, and it turned out to be a wonderful decision. Our server provided exceptional service, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was inviting and friendly, just as it should be. "This is a decent Ameri-Mexican franchise. While it may not offer the best Mexican food in town, it typically delivers a good dining experience. The one thing I haven't enjoyed there is the rice, which seems to accompany almost every dish. Overall, if you're looking for satisfactory Ameri-Mexican food, this place is a solid option."

"I had the pleasure of enjoying a free veterans meal at Carlos O'Kelly's. The moment I walked into the door the experience began. I believe the manager was seating tables and he was so respectful and kind, like genuinely loves his job kind. The waitress wassweet, the meal was wonderful. "Leaving a review here in hopes to help the restaurant do better and people going here. How can I put this? It is like Taco Bell, but in a restaurant form which tastes worse than Taco Bell and costa more. Both Taco Bell and this place are not real Mexican good (FYI). Gave this place a try since we always saw many people going, but unfortunately was unwise to judge a book by its cover."

"Had a party set, 25 fun, wonderful ladies last Saturday evening! Knowing that was planned etc, things can happen w/help not showing etc, was worried going to not be a great night for this after phone call etc before w/ them but have to say they worked hard to make it work for us, very empressed appreciated their time kindness to keep up as they did in honoring this party /girls night! Great job to the managers help at this location!! You all rock!! We will remember we recommend for sure!!"

"I ordered a side salad, but I had to remind our waitress about it when my main course arrived. The highlight of the meal was definitely the queso with the chips. However, our waitress appeared distracted, and the restaurant was operating at only 20% capacity. My wife and I shared the Cinco sampler platter, and we both agreed that everything tasted quite similar. My daughter ordered the Suiza Con Pollo, which she described as just okay and somewhat bland for a Mexican dish. There were no standout flavors like those found at other Mexican restaurants. As for parking, it shares a lot with a reasonably sized strip mall."
