"My mom and I are heading out tomorrow on a cruise. I selected The Tremont because of its proximity to the pier. Upon arrival, we were greeted very warmly by a very nice gentleman named Jerome. Jerome loaded our bags onto the trolley and waited for us to check in. Once checked in, he accompanied my mother and I to our room. Jerome was very helpful, professional, and kind. He not only brought our bags into the room and placed them in a location of our choice, he showed us where each item in the room was (refrigerator, coffee maker, closet, etc). If you are staying at The Tremont anytime soon, you’ll look forward to meeting Jerome.Rooms: Our room at The Tremont was very well appointed. The feel was luxurious. Our view was facing the strand and each window had gorgeous shutters. The high ceilings and lighting really added to the rich and cozy feeling.Walkability: The hotel is within walking distance to the strand, various bars restaurants, and even to the pier if you’re going cruising."
