The restaurant is under construction and should just close down until complete. Awful.

Service was not good. Waited over 1.5hrs for a salad. Never got it. Same thing with fries. Had a group of 5 and only one got food. After an hour…..finally we just asked to leave.

Menu online menu in the restaurant do not match even remotely. Requested outdoor seating and that wasn’t even an option. The food we ordered was very good, but was looking forward to trying the online menu. View menu

We didn’t eat at this restaurant. Wasn’t what we expected, because we were looking to have an amazing Friday night dinner with friends. This restaurant looks sort of like a cafeteria. We ended up going next door to a different restaurant and having a beautiful dining experience outdoors with a view.

Great place!! Highly recommend We stopped by to get some drinks and appetizers, and it was amazing. The service is really friendly and has a great atmosphere. Fernando, the supervisor, was really attentive, making sure we were happy the entire time of our visit. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you so much for everything !!

I had come across some less-than-favorable reviews about this restaurant, but since we received a $30 voucher at the hotel desk upon check-in, we decided to give it a shot. I'm so glad we did! The service was outstanding; the staff was professional and very attentive. The food was delicious, and the specialty cocktails were fantastic. We would definitely eat here again, even without the voucher! View menu

We spent an hour and forty-five minutes at the restaurant, but unfortunately, we only saw our server when we called for him. There was no justification for the lengthy wait. We ordered shrimp from the raw bar and salads, but the experience was disappointing. It's a shame because the restaurant has a lot of potential and is in a great location. However, with such poor service, we won’t be returning.

We order an appetizer and it took forever to get to us. I finally had to tell the waitress that we had a show to go to, she stated it was busy.. but there were only 3 tables with people at 6pm… then our food came out with our appetizer (1 min later) . I think the one thing that really upset me was the waitress did not tell us anything, for example I spent time figuring what I wanted to order only to be told “we don’t have that.” You think she should have said what they were out of, not a word. On positive note the Terrayki Rice bowl was good. Service not so good

At the end of our meal, I presented a Gold Coast loyalty card that the Food and Beverage Manager had given me during my previous visit with the same group. However, no one knew how to process the card, which offers a 15% discount and valet parking. It took an additional 15 minutes to sort this out. When I went to retrieve our cars from the valet, the staff was similarly confused about the complimentary parking benefit, which was supposed to be included with dine-in service. That took another 20 minutes to resolve. Despite the staff being very polite, it seems they are either new or lack proper training.
