"Today is dreary and stormy. So on our way home we decided to order a takeout pizza. Daniel took our order. He was positive, friendly and efficient. When we arrived the Manager came out with our pizza and asked us to give it a peek to see if it met our expectations. Seeing that we did not want bacon on our Hawaiian side of our pizza, that was a smart move to look it over. Looked exactly as we ordered it. Perfectly made as ordered. The pizza was delicious! "We went out of our way to go to Pizza Hut in Burley. I went to the counter and they said to go pick a table so we could eat there. 15 minutes later we left when we couldn?t get any service. I said to the counter girl thanks for the service that wehave been here for 15 minutes and nobody even recognized us at the table after we were told to sit down. All she did was lookback at me with a blank stare. No sorry no apology nothing. And definitely no service Full disclosure: It was just after 9pm.There was one group of about 8 people and no one else in the restaurant but my boys and I. "The service was absolutely terrible. I had walked into the store and was immediately kicked out by one of the workers before i could retrieve my order. The co worker had kicked me out and had said We don 't do dine in in a meanly tone. I had a terrible time and had to send my family members to retrieve the order. You can tell the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in at least 2 months with how much buildup is all over the toilet and the floor. There’s gross buildup all around the toilet. They allow two customers in the store at a time for ordering or pickups, and it's also possible to place your order over the phone for either pickup or delivery. The staff was friendly and served us promptly, and we had no issues with the ordering process. Once we got home and enjoyed our meal, everything tasted wonderful, and there were no mix-ups with our order. This location is in a small plaza, surrounded by other restaurants and shops. Parking was abundant, so we easily found a spot. The entrance and walkway are wheelchair accessible as well. I will definitely be coming back. #Tonetta"

"I placed a carryout order at 8:51 PM, which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, the lights were off, and there were only two employees inside. I asked for my order, and one of them told me they were closed, then shut the door in my face. I knocked on the door and pointed out that their website and the door both stated they closed at 12:15 AM. He insisted they actually closed at 9:00 PM. I inquired about my food or a refund, but he remained silent. Just three minutes later, he came out with the other employee, holding wings, at 9:10 PM on a Saturday night. I had spent $17 on pizza and left without either my food or a refund. I will never return to this restaurant, especially since it was my first visit."

"We never change our order; my Aunt always gets the Supreme Pan Pizza. It’s fine, considering we’re at Pizza Hut, after all. My constant complaint is that we can never get the same deals they offer online for delivery or pick-up when dining in. If you eat at the restaurant, you get nothing—no discounts, no deals at all. Are they trying to discourage people from dining in? It sure seems that way, and maybe that’s why there are so few dine-in Pizza Huts left. When I mentioned this to my Aunt, being a classic old-school Asian, she suggested that next time we just order in! I was secretly hoping she'd say we should never go to Pizza Hut again, but instead, she wants to switch to takeout from now on. Love her! Interestingly, they used to cook their pizza in cast iron pans, but now it seems they've switched to aluminum pans. The upside is that the pizza no longer soaks up all that greasy oil from the pan. The downside? The crust is drier and less crispy now. It's probably healthier, but not as delicious. Did I just say "delicious" when talking about Pizza Hut? Ughhh..."
