"We came in an hour and a half before closing and were seated quickly. We got menus, utensils and even water without asking. First thought was wow they have stepped up their game . I 've already been here a couple times, usually with a gentleman in the front helping. Unfortunately he wasn 't there that night. Very poor service from the staff and no inclination of trying to help make the night go smoothly. I had a question about the filling in the fried wontons that couldn 't be answered until 10 minutes later. Only to be told it was cheese filled, placed my order to then be told it was a combination of pork, crab, and cheese. Though the restaurant is small, it 's neat and clean cut. Modern black decor with nice light fixtures. As for the restrooms I don 't have a clue if they 're clean or not. The menus are nice but doesn 't list anything. It only has the number of the dish, the name of the dish in English and underneath that the name of the dish in Vietnamese. This location is in Redlands, made up of predominantly non Asian folks. I would of thought that the menus would of had a better explanation of at least what items make up the dish. Makes it easier on folks who are looking out for allergies. We placed an order for three rice dishes but yet a bowl of Pho showed up at our table. It seemed as though our waitress got the numbers confused. Staff here should really use a notepad or an ordering sheet so they won 't confuse dishes. The rice dishes came with too much rice and little meat. The meat was dry and color was lighter than what 's expected for the certain grilled meat. On top of that, there was a black hair on one of the rice dishes. Along with that, we ended up adding an appetizer--black peppered fried chicken with lime. But when I bit into it, it smelled too much like old chicken and all it tasted like, was lime. While we were there for over an hour, no one came to check up on us or to fill our water. There were two staff members in the front and there were only two tables with customers. I don 't get why we couldn 't have been checked on. I understand that I asked quite a few questions during my visit, but that shouldn 't have stopped a staff member from trying to make my visit as enjoyable as possible. There are more authentic Vietnamese cuisine restaurants in the area, I 'll go to a more old school one where I know I 'll get better service, and better food quality. Ps. While I was there, I was wondering why I didn 't get a bowl of broth with my rice dish, I thought maybe it didn 't come with it. I looked up the menu online and it said it does come with it. We never got ours."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bang Bang Katsu House, and I must say, it was a great experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff, creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant's interior is modern and stylish and the decor of its cafe side of the restaurant was very instagrammable worthy with the floral wall. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the katsu dishes. Bang Bang Katsu House specializes in this Japanese comfort food, and their expertise shines through in each bite. The menu offers a wide variety of katsu options, rice bowls, and ramen. For the table, my wife and I shared the bulgogi rice bowl, pork katsu, and tonkotsu ramen. The tonkatsu was cooked to perfection, tender on the inside with a golden-brown crust that gave a satisfying crunch. The bulgogi rice bowl had a nice balance of veggies, meat and rice. The ramen was just okay, but it was still delicious and satisfied our cravings. The service at Bang Bang Katsu House was impeccable. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, readily offering recommendations and ensuring that everything was up to par. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was eye-catching.To top off the amazing meal, the dessert menu next door (Cafe Bora) featured some tempting options. I couldn't resist ordering the Purple Yam snow ball and it was the perfect ending to our dinner. My wife had the Taro Milk Tea and she also enjoyed it.Overall, my experience at Bang Bang Katsu House was exceptional. The combination of flavorful katsu dishes, attentive service, and inviting atmosphere made it an unforgettable dining experience while visiting Alpharetta. Whether you are a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a quick meal, Bang Bang Katsu House is a must-visit restaurant."

"POV: VEGAN Ok, so this is my 1st time trying this place, ordered it on Ubereats, paid $26.95 (thank god, I had a discount code if not it would have been 45 dollars or something I got $20 off) but we all know these delivery services charge and arm and a leg : but I would have been pissed if I would have paid that much money. Cause even then I don 't think the $26 I paid for was worth it.So this is what I got:1 Vegetarian Ramen2 Fried Onions1 Spinach1 Dried Seaweed1 Spicy MisoNow, I am aware that ordering to go versus dining in the food quality is different so I 'm not knocking too many points on that. Cause this broth and noodles arrived COLD Here is my actual review on my ramen , it was def lacking flavor and texture! The veggie broth had cabbage and bean sprouts all soggy inside. Beside those veggies if I had not ordered spinach and fried onions I would have had 0 veggies. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food, but I paid $4 for 5pcs of spinach NOT WORTH IT. ALSO, I was thrown off my that tofu seasoned meat it looked like ground beef!!! I thought it was meat for a bit lol.So here is what I thought was cool:1. +1 points for having a VEGAN OPTION2. +2 points for the seasoned tofu meat most ramen places just offer tofu.3. +1 point for nicely packed Verdict: I thought this ramen was way too expensive for what you 're getting and way too bland. I would not mind paying $9 10 for a bowl of this ramen again (with none of the side I ordered) but paying $17 FOR THIS not including any veggies. That 's a huge N O. If you 're vegan and want to try good ramen you 're better off going to: 1. The Ramen Joint (by LAX) 9 102. Tatsu (Sawtelle) 10 10 3. Ramen Hood (DTLA, Grand Central Market) 11 10 don 't take my review for it, try it yourself"
