"Um...no. Service was fine. Wings were OK, just OK. The hot sauce was good (not hot tho and the bleu cheese was recklessly delicious, so that was a surprise! My disgruntled review is based on the number of people in and out of this tiny shop on a Saturday night. There is ZERO ventilation and you will walk out of 520 Wings reeking of fried food odors not too cool. I saw 30+ people inside, plus a dozen cars coming and going, the poor staff! Stuck behind a small counter with customers leaning all over them and the boxes of food! (Any one who leaves a rude review of the employees here is completely missing what the environment they have to work in is like! The employee at the counter was plenty friendly, given that it was a like a mob scene on the Saturday night I went the employees need to get together and demand better, safer work conditions! DO IT!!! The guys in the back, making the wings are hemmed in with no windows or vents. The foot traffic was astonishing, if the business owner ever bothered to stop by on a weekend night, he would see what needs to be done. There are two empty lots right next door expand! Put in vents! Give your workers some space between them and the mob of customers! And for crying out loud, don't tell people their wings will be ready in 5 minutes when you know, and I know, that they are going to take 30 to 40 minutes. I won't be back; not worth the hassle and the fried food smell in my hair. So yes, my review is mostly based on my experience, and I say shame on the owners!"

"I only write reviews for food that is either really good, or really bad. In this case, it was really bad. Me and my wife have been eating Mediterranean food for years. We've been to the vast majority of Mediterranean hot spots in the city, aside from this one. We were close by, and decided to try a new spot. The service: Friendly and fast. No complaints here. But we don't just go to these places for the service right? The food: We ordered two falafel wraps, grape leaves, and a chicken shawarma over rice. Pretty diverse meal. There's no way everything could be bad, right? Wrong. The rice in the grape leaves was very undercooked, (Hard), and were the most bitter leaves I've had yet. Thus could be a preference thing, but it wasn't for me. The chicken shawarma came with two sauces: a white sauce and a oil based sauce. The white sauce was clearly bad/expired and the oil based sauce was sour. As for the shawarma itself, it was underwhelming. Compared to any other spot in the city, it was a fraction of the serving and quality. The rice here, was overcooked. Now for the worst part, the falafel wraps. I ended up throwing my away. The pita was falling apart and crumbling from being too dry. The falafel was oversized and dry. I even tried to add greek dressing that I had in my fridge to save it, to no avail. The takeaway: If you're craving Mediterranean in WNY, skip this one. Try Venus down the street or Shawarma City."
