"Just moved here from N.J. but had eaten here before. Now my go-to place for Italian food. The menu is filled with lots of choices.Within a 10 day period, I enjoyed a meatball parm sandwich, shrimp parm dinner, chicken parm dinner, and spaghetti and meatball dinner. This last dish sounds so simple, but it was the most delicious simple meal I've ever eaten, and I'm 78.The prices are incredibly low for what you get. The nightly specials are amazing and include soup/ salad, garlic bread, and dessert.The staff are very attentive to your needs and requests. Thank you to Pete, Christian, and Tony for making my evening meals so delicious and enjoyable, and I'll keep coming back for more.I encourage everyone to give this place a try, great prices, and incredibly tasting food..Parking: Located in the Forks center by Giant."

"Went to the movies Saturday decided to try somewhere new for dinner looked into this place , scan the menu days in advance and had our food picked our before even arriving .get the restaurant and not packed and was welcomed with open arms after ordering food didn't see waiter till drinks and food arrived after one refill the waiter never returned to table got one refill and nothing since ,but if u was the age range of 59 or older they are at ur table constantly asking others if they want dessert how are thing everythingOK, not once did the waiter come back or even asked there if everything was alright after we got our food there customer service went out the window ,food was really good would love to returnn but would get better service at McDonald's definitely not a restaurant for younger couples .usually I tip well but one drink refill and no service till I flagged down waitress for bill and to go box . Just go to olive garden"

"We ordered dinner for a family of four: two large pizzas, 20 wings, and a large order of cheese fries. This doesn't seem excessive, especially for a Saturday night, and considering the current staffing shortages, we decided to be patient. We placed our order at 6:24 PM and waited until 8:35 PM before I called for an update. They explained that they were having printer issues and that our food had been delivered to the wrong address. They promised to remake our order and send it with the next driver. As a form of apology, they offered us a 2-liter soda. However, there was no acknowledgment that this mistake was on their part, and had we not made that call, we might have never received our $65 order."

"Let's begin with the pepperoni—it was absolutely delicious, not greasy at all, bursting with flavor, and had the perfect level of spice. The cheese melted beautifully, creating a wonderfully creamy texture without the rubbery or dull taste that can sometimes occur. "I went in with low expectations, but unfortunately, this experience was even worse than I anticipated. The Shrimp Alfredo was awful—the shrimp was undercooked, and the Alfredo sauce was both bland and watered down, as if they just heated up some frozen shrimp and mixed it with a lackluster sauce. Normally, I don’t write reviews like this, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I couldn't even finish it and ended up throwing the dish away almost immediately."

"I’ve gone to basils a few times since I moved here and every time the experience varies. Last evening I DoorDashed some items for me and my GF. While the food was good, I feel like the customer service needs work. We ordered about $30 worth of food and there was no tipping option available as I normally see on most restaurant pickups. I tried explaining to the lady upfront that the DoorDash delivery currently gives no option for tipping at the restaurant. She didn’t want to hear it, saying ”No, You already placed order.” I then tried explaining again that your store currently has no tipping option enabled and you probably have to adjust that. Again, she wrote me off, handed me our food and as I was walking out the door, condescendingly said “Have fun.”I completely understand wanting to be tipped for $30 worth of food but when I offered to give her a tip through another means, she didn’t want it. So yes, I will say the food is quality but you will get some lip from the managers if you try to correct them on how their Store on DoorDash currently does not enable customers to tip."

"On 2 separate times I ordered my standard 15 piece wings, flat pieces, mild sauce and 2 Blue Cheese dressings. When I checked my order, 2 Ranch dressings were included with the order. When I called these clowns, I inquired on 2 separate occasions whetherthey had blue cheese dressing. I was assured they did. I also requested extra napkinso yet NONE were included. The last timethey lied to me when they said they had blue cheese dressing when all they had was Ranch. If I had known that I would havecanceled the order. "We are big fans of Boss’s Pizza and frequently order from the Sioux Falls West location. That’s why I was disappointed with my experience today. We ordered one medium pizza and one large pizza through the online app, but they mistakenly made both pizzas medium. My husband picked up the order without knowing the sizes we had originally requested. I realized the error once he got home, so I called the store. They informed me that the only solution was for them to make a large pizza for me, and that I would have to drive back to pick it up. They also mentioned that I needed to return the medium pizza that was made by mistake. While I understand that errors can occur, I was frustrated by the lack of apology or any form of compensation for the inconvenience of having to make an additional trip to the store."

"I literally did a happy dance after every bite!!! I ordered the cheese pizza and chicken carbonara, they were both so delicious!! The cheese pizza was thin, cheesy and perfect, I would say this is my favorite cheese pizza in the state so far. The carbonara was delicious, I added crushed red pepper to mine, because I love some heat!! The garlic bread dipped in Alfredo sauce from here, I swear I’d have it as my last meal, it was that delicious!!! Everything my family has tried for here was fantastic!!"

"What a disappointment. I was ready to give a better rating until I tried the salad. The pizza was decent—pretty standard for takeout. However, the salad was a letdown. They listed the dressing options (vinaigrette, blue cheese, ranch, Greek), and when I chose Greek, they switched my regular salad to a more expensive Greek salad. I thought that was fine since I enjoy Greek salads and it would nicely complement the pizza. But given the price increase, I was surprised to find that the salad consisted solely of lettuce, a few slices of onion, and a halved hard-boiled egg with Greek dressing. A proper Greek salad should have Greek olives and feta cheese included. If they are only offering lettuce with Greek dressing, they shouldn't charge more than they would for a salad with blue cheese or ranch dressing. Just adding Greek dressing doesn't make it a Greek salad, and it doesn't justify the higher price without including the essential ingredients."

"I've passed this restaurant for 17 years and decided to try it this week (2nd visit this week). Both times I got the house spaghetti with ground beef/meat sauce. Both times there was too much watery liquid in the container. On my 1st visit the meal was topped with parsley and parmesan. The 2nd visit, there was no parsley or parmesan. Both times it came with a dry piece of bread, which I didn't eat didn't order for the bread, but a nice toasted, buttered bread or freshly baked bread, would have been nice. There was a good serving of ground beef and it was seasoned well with bayleaf, etc. I also like the pickup window option."

"Up until recently, my view of this establishment has always been good. I’ve had some AMAZING food there every time I got food. However, I went in almost a week ago to get food there and experienced some mediocre service. One of my friends asked about the style of wings (whether they were dipped or not) to which they answered. However, when he ordered the wings about 15 minutes later, one of the employees who had answered the previous question states they are out of wings. Why would you not say that when asking initially about the wings? From there, everything else SEEMED smooth. However, things started to get sketchy after asking for my phone number. I gave it assuming that’s how they will contact me about my order. While they did send a message about my order being ready, they also signed me up for a royalty program that I did not consent to. That is sketchy and bad business practices to auto-sign customers up for a loyalty program without their consent. The cashier behind the counter only asked for the number, not if I wanted to sign up for the program so either it was a simple mistake, or this business is having the employees sign people up for the rewards program without consent in hopes to get more business. I understand that accidents happen and also that there is a food shortage, but having seen both these issues happen makes it seem like there are more things happening than simply mistakes and shortages. Until the service is better, I will likely not come back."

"I stumbled upon this restaurant while working nearby and was initially a bit hesitant because it was unusually quiet during the busiest lunch hour. I decided to try the lunch special #1, which came to just over $18 with tax. You can’t go wrong with a hot pizza, and the salad was incredibly fresh with generous portions. I enjoyed a delicious lunch and managed to get some work done in a pleasant, clean environment. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area."
