"We ordered dinner for a family of four: two large pizzas, 20 wings, and a large order of cheese fries. This doesn't seem excessive, especially for a Saturday night, and considering the current staffing shortages, we decided to be patient. We placed our order at 6:24 PM and waited until 8:35 PM before I called for an update. They explained that they were having printer issues and that our food had been delivered to the wrong address. They promised to remake our order and send it with the next driver. As a form of apology, they offered us a 2-liter soda. However, there was no acknowledgment that this mistake was on their part, and had we not made that call, we might have never received our $65 order."

This ace is terrible for delivering. I ordered a hour and a half and still has not got here . So now I have been waiting 2 hours and still haven't got it . Poor business.and management.

The restaurant is just a short 10-minute drive from my home. They frequently ask if I would like to tip the driver, but I choose not to since my food always arrives cold. I have been coming to this place for 16 years and they have expanded considerably and I am very happy for them, I tell them over the phone how I like my Pizza and they say ok but they do it anyway, I will check it in the store from now on, I never had a problem until now overall the food is good l like if you say you want something a certain way that you should receive what you ask for.

I called the restaurant to inform them that we had received the pizza. They told me that in order to issue a refund, they would need the pizza returned. I then asked if I could at least get back the $3 delivery fee. The website stated that delivery would take 45-50 minutes, but the driver was unreachable for over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. This was possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered.
