"I ordered a large cheese pizza at 11:45 AM, and the website indicated it would be delivered in 45-50 minutes. An additional message stated that the pizza would be ready by 12:32 PM. When I called at 12:55 PM to check on my order, I was told it was out for delivery. However, by 1:30 PM, the delivery driver still hadn't arrived, so I called again to express my concern. At 1:45 PM, two hours after placing the order, I requested a refund. Eventually, the delivery driver arrived at 2:00 PM, which was 2 hours and 15 minutes after I ordered. My coworker went to collect the pizza. I decided to call the restaurant to inform them that we finally received the pizza, only to be told that they needed the pizza back to process the refund. I then asked if I could at least get a refund for the $3 delivery fee. The website promised delivery within 45-50 minutes, it took over an hour just to reach the driver, and the pizza arrived cold. This was without a doubt one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had."
