"Bad service. Don?t go save yourself the aggravation. I ordered pizza and pasta to go, it took longer than she told me the kids that work there don?t seem to care. They care more about texting on their phone than helping customers. Saw a customer come up to the counter to get the rest of her order. I guess that?s normal for dine in? We spent about $40 and for the pizza to be hard, dry less toppings compared to other places, it?s just not worth it. Chicken Alfredo had no sauce it was soooo dry who would want to eat the garlic bread it comes with? The spaghetti and meatballs looked terrible. No fresh meatballs! Frozen meatballs?! Really, that?s a shame. Why have it on the menu if it?s not going to be good. No wonder it was not very busy. Won?t be back, Rome?s you just lost potential customers. We eat pizza and pasta a couple times a week, we will stick to our usual places. Also they never included napkins, utensils, Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Just bad service."
