I always have a good experience here very family loving and owned! But the only thing that bothers me is I can't add regular bacon to my Romes deluxe pizza. I add it myself at home so not a big deal! I just hope maybe in the future I will be able too. I always do my orders to go and will continue to order from here :

Excellent pizza. Got there at 7:30p. Plenty of seating, fast service. Got the super deluxe pizza and a Greek salad. Pizza was hot and ingredients were fresh for both pizza and tasty salad. Unlimited side of sliced pepperoncini peppers which I hadn’t seen before over by the fountain drinks. A bit pricey but well worth it. Will return and totally recommend. View menu

The food did not meet expectations and the service was even worse. We ordered for delivery and were informed it would take 45 to 60 minutes. After waiting 80 minutes, we called to check on our order and were told it was about to leave. Thirty minutes later, we called again and were assured that the delivery person was on their way. Ultimately, it took a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes for our order to arrive, with no explanation for the delay and no offer to waive the delivery fee.

This restaurant used to be a family favorite, but that's no longer the case. Their phone service is practically nonexistent; we often hear the same “Please hold” message before someone finally picks up to take our order. Many times, we were already at the restaurant while still on hold! Additionally, it seems that single slices are only available during lunchtime now. This location is obviously managing well, but they could significantly improve by adopting some basic pizza shop processes. Farewell, Roma!
