"The customer service I received today from this establishment was above and beyond. I ordered food through UberEats and there were issues with one of the items I ordered. UberEats was not helpful with the situation, so I called Bedford Gourmet Food. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly and listened to my issue. Then, they offered to remake the order and deliver it to me at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. When the replacement item came it was exactly as I had initially ordered it. I appreciated how well Bedford Gourmet Food handled this situation and went out of their way to make it right. They definitely created a repeat customer in me. Highly recommend!"

"Nora’s is always a great spot to grab a bite, and this time didn’t disappoint. The only issue I had was really small. I had asked for rice to be served separately and not plated with my meal. When the server brought the food and I indicated the rice was to have been served on the side the response was “yeah, I told em but they didn’t do it” and no effort was made to correct the situation. Mildly disappointing. But the delicious food quickly made up for the faux pas and the server was otherwise attentive"

"This restaurant is located about a mile from my workplace, and it has been a lifesaver for me on many occasions. It is a deli/bodega that offers the largest vegan menu I have ever seen at a place like this. They have vegan versions of all the classic bodega items. My only concern is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other vegan places, but that seems to be a common issue. I think as the vegan movement progresses, prices are likely to decrease. In addition to the delicious offerings from the grill, Vegan Grill/My Deli has also partnered with Plantega and has a refrigerator on site. The prices for items in the fridge are the lowest I have seen, even compared to Whole Foods."

"I went here after a surgery today for some Greek fries for the first time ever. It?s my favorite food and so I wanted it as a comfort post op and the experience was terrible. Obviously because of covid the sauce is packaged separately but I was expecting Tzatziki or a white sauce of the like and I received feta covered ketchup. Which I get it if mistakes are made, there were some fairly young people taking care of the food so they could have been in training, but when I went back after arriving home to find the mistake they were closed. It was only 2 minutes past even though it said online they close at 9:00 they closed an hour before. People were still inside so I asked my cohort to go and get it fixed or ask for a refund (as I am disabled and would have struggled to get out of the car) and rather than assist they turned us away and left me with the sad excuse for Greek fries. I paid more than six dollars for less fries than I could get in a large at McDonald?s for three dollars. The only difference was that these are poorly cooked and had feta on top. Not to mention they didn?t have change so I paid extra because they didn?t have enough to return (which I was totally ok with). Overall it was terrible service and bad food that was incorrectly advertised. I am very dissatisfied and I hope that they are able to clean their act up in the future."

"I’ve seen this store many times in passing but have never went in and now that i have I certainly don’t have any intention on returning. Im 3 month pregnant and was craving a blt and a smoothie when I walked in everybody seemed nice until… I order my blt at the counter before I could get a good look at the food when I got to the fruit for the smoothies strawberries drowning in water which looked like they had been frozen and defrosted so many times brown moldy avocados mangos turning brown wilted spinach EVERYTHING looked soooooooo old I asked a guy who was in there ordering a smoothie if it was good he said it was cheap and decent b he don’t order food so I tried to cancel my order and the owner said it was already done how could you even cook bacon that fast unless it was already done and sitting on the grill which you can’t see from the front. the owner(or guy behind the counter) then tells me to not come back into his store over a 3$ blt he was very rude and condescending everything that was on display looked old like it just sits there for ever he doesn’t have to worry about me coming back I wouldn’t choose to voluntarily give myself food poisoning BEWARE of this store you are most likely guaranteed to get sick the only reason I gave it 1 star was his staff remained respectful and seemed cheerful to sell the old food."

"Total dive but decent food. First thing's first this place is a total dive. the building must be 200 years old, and it looks dingy at least what's visible from the ordering area. so don't go in there looking for fine dining corporate polish, or even a place to sit (there's a small bar area with a few stools, but that's it). but the food from valentino's is actually really decent! they have good cheesesteaks (their 12 with the works is the best), the pizzas are hand-stretched and they use really fresh ingredients for the toppings. the wings are hand-battered, and they even make their own dough and pizza sauce in-house. "Visiting from out of state, and our Airbnb was nearby. This was our go to every morning, for fresh bagels and coffee. And even though it was before lunch, they accommodated making our falafel platters. Fresh ingredients, food was amazing. Highly recommend this little spot of paradise."

"The Greek on Main is an excellent restaurant. The select-3-dips appetizer with pita pleased our table of 5. I was personally impressed by the quality of ingredients on my arugala lentil salad; the vegetables were so fresh, and their feta was the best feta I've ever tasted. The dessert was scrumptious, too. "Got 2 gyros and the regular fries for $37 not including tip. We got there right at 8:30 and the person taking our order said that they close in 30 minutes, we asked if we should go somewhere else and they said “yea or take it to go” my husband asked if we could sit outside and they said “sure”. I felt bad so I said “we’ll just take it home, I’m sorry”. I’ve gotten this place delivered before and loved it but thought the prices were steep for the food. For the right atmosphere and environment, it would’ve been worth the price. Another customer came in after us and after being told that they’re closing soon, they also asked if they should go somewhere else and apologized for being there as well."

"In addition to posting here I am also sending a private note. The occasion was New Years Eve. Nowhere on the open table website was there any disclosure that the restaurant would have a set menu at 125 per person. Obviously where do find another reservation literally at the last minute? The “Limited” menu which we were told was a last minute offering was essentially a Chesseburger and truffle fries. That’s the best Epicurian can do? Disgraceful. To make matters worse, the Octopus was over cooked; the halibut was over cooked, the venison portion was for a 5 year old. To sum up this was a disappointing experience."

"Just returned from Greece and wanted to have some Greek flavors that I became so accustomed to. Yasou Santorini did not disappoint! Everything was fresh and delicious. The stuffed peppers tasted authentic and were filling, the spicy cheese dip was really good too and the portions were big. The big beans were spectacular and the lemon potatoes (side dish) are a must have! Overall, everything was great and I would highly recommend this place. Shoutout to our host Anastasia for being so helpful and gracious, making the experience more pleasant."

"The worst name of a bar in the history of naming things. I may be old, narrow-minded and afraid of new things but when I heard Wrap Shack I envisioned a salad version of Chipotle. I was so happy to find out that Wrap Shack is a bar. A bar with a very good cheesesteak. A bar with an even better Philly jalapeno cheesesteak. A Bar with an awesome staff. I ordered and paid for the regular Cheesesteak so that's the only one I can really review. It was darn good. I did have two concerns, 1. it needed more cheese and it needed to be melted through the meat better. 2 the meat was a bit dry. If I was to review the Philly Jalapeno I would say, it answered my two concerns with the original cheesesteak and I clearly see why they sell five times more Philly jalapenos than the regular cheesesteak. Overall and Cheesesteak great experiences."
