"Unfortunately, we found that there were no brunch items available—none of the biscuits mentioned on the menu or depicted in reviews and on social media. When we arrived, only pastries were being served, and many of them were nearly sold out. We honestly wondered if we had come to the wrong place.
We ended up ordering a quiche, a cheese danish, and two lattes, which were all quite good. However, the customer service left a lot to be desired; it was slow and, frankly, unfriendly. I requested a napkin, which were kept behind the counter, and received a look of pure annoyance in response. There were just two employees working, and I can imagine they felt overwhelmed by the line of customers, but that’s no excuse for treating patrons poorly.
I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews, but we were so taken aback by this experience that I felt compelled to share. I'm not sure how this place has such a high rating if this is how they operate on a daily basis. I’m giving it two stars instead of one because, as mentioned, the coffee and pastries were good."
