"Fantastic food. Not really traditional Italian but super delicious. The service, on the other hand, is the reason I won't be back. We had decent service for the first half of our experience, except that cocktails arrived about 30 minutes after ordering them, and after the food had already started arriving. But it got worse from there. We had been looking forward to trying dessert, but after a 30 minute wait and various attempts to flag someone down, my 85 year old father walked over to our waitress who had been dodging us for a bit and finally got her attention to deliver the check. 20% gratuity is baked in. It's a shame. Our server maybe earned 10%. It's also a shame that a little more care for the patrons would make this a 5 star experience. With so many great options in the city, like Nostrana and Mucca, your time, money, and excitement are better spent elsewhere."
