"Haven't been to Spago since their facelift and I'm so happy some things never change. Spago is still the overall number one restaurant in all of Los Angeles. First, the ambiance: The new look is updated but not overdone and the feeling in the dining room and the garden is still very much warm, cozy and elegant. The Food: Pure perfection from start to finish!! We opted to go with the tasting menu $240 per person) along with some choice wines throughout the meal a full wine pairing is also available). Every single item in the tasting menu ranged from very good to amazing. The fact that this kitchen crew can execute a regular a-la-carte menu, along with a separate tasting menu to such perfection of timing and most importantly look and flavor is quite impressive. Favorites were the Gazpacho, Halibut, and Veal but everything else was absolutely delicious!! The tasting menu is extensive and for most people would be enough but not for us!! So added the ridiculously amazing bread box, a side of what can only be described as the best mashed potatoes you will ever have, and a chocolate soufflé....why you ask...jest because The service: Our server Gerhardt and the Sommelier Devin were superstars, as well as the team around them. Service pace was perfect and the wines recommended by Devin were excellent Gruner Veltliner, Rioja, Riesling). GREAT JOB!!!"

"The food was outstanding, creative, flavorful and good portions The service was not good. We waiting long just to get menus, and 45 minutes to get our apps. the waiter was not informed about the ingredients, if you have an dietary restrictions this is not the place to go. We special ordered simple sautéed vegetables and they brought two plates vs one and charged us $46"

"We have dined at this restaurant half a dozen times, and we've always had a pleasant experience. I see some one-star reviews here, but I don't share that sentiment; perhaps the restaurant has made some changes recently. We recently took four friends with us, and they all enjoyed their meals as well, so it's clear we're not alone in our appreciation! As others have mentioned, this is a proper sit-down restaurant. I'm not sure where the 'street food' angle comes into play; while I can't comment on the authenticity of the dishes, we regularly enjoy Indian cuisine and find it quite good here. The only dish we weren't satisfied with was the Aloo Paneer, which was quite bland. Portion sizes can vary, but overall, the value is decent. Service can also be hit or miss; we've had the same waiter who was inattentive and slow on one visit, yet a joy to deal with the next time."

"This restaurant features an entirely vegetarian dosa menu. A helpful waitress guided me in selecting vegan dishes, including idly, medhu vada, samosas, poori (fried bread with potato curry), gobi manchurian, and my favorite—a spring dosa filled with carrots, cabbage, and chili! I also savored the spicy mysore dosa during my visit. On my most recent trip, I sampled their spicy tomato, ginger, coconut, and mint/coriander chutneys, all of which are vegan (but it's always a good idea to double-check). They offer pots of sambar, a fantastic soup, and they encourage diners to bring their own utensils, napkins, and water from the bar."

"My family and I had a great dining experience at Tabla. The spices were not overbearing and the food was absolutley delicious. We enjoyed the manchurian chicken, samosas, tandoori chicken, lamb chops, and two kinds of naan (garlic and butter). I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great Indian food and friendly customer service. My family and I will return to this restaurant during our next visit to Orlando."

"Our server, K, was exceptional. She offered excellent recommendations and was very attentive to our dietary restrictions, as Tabla has a great selection of vegan and gluten-free options! We visited for a special occasion, so we were prepared for a higher bill, but unfortunately, the prices felt a bit steep compared to the food quality. As a result, it may not become one of our regular dining spots in the future."

"Don't let the unprepossessing look of the building fool you this place is the real deal! We were in the area and pulled up our trustworthy Happy Cow app which found Sri Dosa Place nearby and already had glowing reviews. It was bustling at 5:30PM with what looked like local regulars. I think we were the only non Indians in the place but the wait staff were super friendly and found a table for us. A lady at the next table helped us understand what Dosa was (crêpes) and suggested what she felt were good noob items. We ordered Kanchipuram Idly rice cakes for appetizer and both had Paper Mysore Masala Dosa for entrees. The waitress told us it was very long and it was! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal experience and will be back. It's not a place to have a long leisurely meal, more of a fast food place but that was fine for us. We left soon after eating because folks were waiting for tables. When we paid the bill by credit card, there was no tipping which was interesting. There's a huge free municipal parking lot right across the street. Anyway, we definitely recommend!"

"Been here twice now. Both times the food has been very good. I've ordered a gyro, tandoori wrap, fries, and baklava. I was actually surprised at the quality and overall flavor from a place that has a drive-thru window. Granted, my expectations lower when I see a drive-thru, Kabob Korner is worth a visit. The staff is friendly and their meals are served quickly. You can definitely come here and eat on a 30 min lunch break. The gyro was delish. I ordered it spicy, and I recommend you do the same. It's got enough heat to be noticeable, but not overpowering. The tandoori wrap had a nice flavor and just the right amount of heat. I preferred the gyro though. The fries are crispy, but pretty standard. Nothing wrong with them, but nothing to brag about either of. The baklava is superb. Sweet, crunchy, and crispy. Definitely recommend trying Kabob Korner out."

"Cardamom is only just ok, its not amazing by any stretch. It should be better fare given its proximity to the excellent Indian restaurants in Jackson Heights. Too bad. The prices are VERY high for what you get honestly. Im not usually one to complain about cost either. Imo the entrees are about $10 over what they should be for the quality and size of the dish. Had the 42. Tikka Masala and the 43. Korma been $15 and $16 respectively I would have said they were a good value but since they are $25 and $26 dishes I expect more in terms of quality. There were 5 or 6 chunks of overcooked chicken in the 42. Tikka Masala and about the same of the nameless white fish (my guess is tilapia) in the 43. Korma. No complaints about the 69. Garlic Naan and the 6. Mango Chutney both were tasty and reasonably priced. Sunnysiders just shouldnt settle for sub par Indian fare."

"I 've been to Saffron many times and I always have a wonderful experience. I dined with a cousin of mine form England this past Saturday night. The English know their Indian food! He raved about it and would love to go back next time he is in town. The only comment I have was about the service we received this last visit. Everything was behind and the server kept apologizing and saying how patient we were. I don 't know what the breakdown was but it was certainly there. However, it has never happened in all of my previous visits. Saffron is one of my top five restaurants in Orlando. Fantastic!"

"After explicitly specifying no dairy numerous times, and being assured there was no dairy, I asked the waiter what something was on my plate that looked like the mint chutney that had dairy. One of the servers lied to me and said it was not the mint chutney. Another came out, asked if I was allergic to dairy (after previously assuring me that it had no dairy) and then proceeded to tell me there was dairy because the appetizer was no good without the mint chutney. The lying and the attempted cover up are inexcusable. If I could provide fewer than 2 stars, I certainly would. (2 is the lowest possible for veg restaurants)"

"We visited for a Saturday lunch buffet and found a good selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that were well-balanced. However, none of the dishes really stood out to me—their flavors didn't provide a wow factor, but I didn't have any complaints either. The food was served hot and was regularly replenished. The ambiance was cozy, enhanced by beautiful, well-photographed wallpaper that made you feel more connected to the local culture. One area for improvement would be the cleanliness and maintenance of the plates, spoons, and water jugs. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider returning."

"Was so excited to visit this restaurant in CA. After visiting them I wish they open a branch in Dallas real soon. We ordered kheema appam and regular appam with crab masala. The appams are soft and fluffy and reminded me of home. They come with a side of masala gravy. You can always ask for a portion of coconut milk, which is charged additional. The crab masala was excellent and I had no qualms being as messy as possible to relish the flavor. Suggest taking this to-go, if you live close by. Pricing : Moderate to high, depending on what you order. The crab masala was expensive. Ambience : You go to such restaurants for authentic Chettinad food and not the ambience. Parking is available right outside as the restaurant is in a strip mall. Will I return? : Absolutely!"

"We went tonight for dinner. As soon as we reached there, we ordered appetizers and asked the server to bring that first and then come back for main course order. The guy who took the order, Jackson was rude right from the beginning. He asked us to order the appetizer and main cour together and assured us that they both will be served one after the other. We received the appetizer and the main course all together. We asked them to take back the main course because there is no way we can have both courses together. We adked for the manager and the owner, Moses came to us and said that since we ordered both meals together, they served it. We tried to confirm with the guy who took the order and he lied in front of his owner. I was so shocked and on top of that instead of apologizing to us, he started yelling.Anyway, the reason why I am giving two stars is because the food was good but the service was very bad and Jackson had big attitude issue.I will never go back to this restaurant again"

"My family and I are regulars at Persis, and I've seen a remarkable improvement in the taste of their biryani since they opened. I can't wait to keep going back for it over and over again. If you’re looking for a break from your usual snacks, their chicken fry and bhindi fry are a must-try. Dishes like cut mirchi, chicken 65, and paneer chilly are also fantastic. We’ve started ordering from Persis for every occasion, big and small, as well as for our regular gatherings. The mutton biryani we had yesterday was absolutely incredible—my guests even said they would be willing to travel all the way from East Windsor just to have it again. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy with family and friends. We will definitely keep coming back for the delicious food! Keep up the great work, Persis!"
