"I hadn't visited this restaurant in over a year, and I don't plan to return anytime soon. The portion sizes can be quite small depending on what you order. I went there on a Friday night with a reservation at 5:45 PM, and when I tried to order one of the three desserts they had, they were already sold out. I attempted to order another popular dessert, but that was also unavailable. I wouldn't recommend ordering coffee; it was extremely strong and tasted like instant coffee. It also came with six creamers but still looked like muddy water."

"Wow my experience was horrible. I should’ve walked out when I didn’t see a long line of people ordering food early in the morning. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and a Tropicana orange juice. The bacon egg and cheese was not tasty, the bagel was still cold even though I asked for it to be toasted. The guy that was preparing the food had a bad attitude. Definitely wasn’t made with love. The orange juice was rotten, I had to throw it away. I was highly upset because I’m pregnant and I feed my baby about 1 ounces of that drink. I will not be going there again."

"I never leave reviews and generally like the food here but truly hate this place. Every employee is a complete moron and asking for the most basic changes or additions to orders is impossible. Can’t tell you how many times we’ve ordered takeout and had to return because orders wrong. They give you one tiny single serving of salsa with every take out order — regardless of how much food you order — and if you ask for additional salsas they charge you an extra $5. "I can't believe I haven't visited this restaurant before! I give it 5 stars mainly for the outstanding, exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. I was amazed at how friendly and attentive the staff were. It was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. The chips and salsa were delicious and kept refilled throughout our meal. The staff also regularly refilled our water, cleared away trash and used plates, and consistently checked on us without being intrusive. Our group ordered Cocido soup, chimichanga, and a kids chicken tenders meal, all of which were tasty and generously portioned. The only minor drawback was that the soup and chimichanga were a bit salty. Overall, we had a fantastic dinner and will definitely return. We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! A big thank you to the waiters and staff for their excellent work – keep it up!"

"To be fair, I guess it 's what to be expected of a neighborhood bar. I almost passed it coming from the town, as it 's dated on the outside and inside. The only thing you can see on the sign is the large lettering of Pub . Three of us were there for lunch. Only one of us was given the full menu. The other two, had the middle, double -sided page missing. My Bacon Lover 's BLT Sandwich was tasty but the bread was over- toasted, dry and crunchy which detracted from the filling. The hand-cut fries were good, and our server was kind enough to split our check. To be fair, if we 're in the area again, I 'd give them another try as I 'd like to see how they do with their entree salads. "Ordered take out, when I received the order from Seamless, they forgot the soda. Called restaurant, 1st person didn’t understand the situation. 2nd person stated they could bring me my soda I purchased, but would have to tip AGAIN bc it’s their driver not seamless. (I had already tipped, and paid a delivery fee) They blamed everything on the Seamless driver for not picking up the entire order (but they’re the ones that give it to him check he takes everything) and said they could only refund me, they would not deliver it. Then they hung up on me."

"I ate here for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. My friend and I waited about 5 minutes for a table on a super busy Sunday morning which wasn't bad, but they should consider having some chairs for waiting customers some of whom (like my friend) might be suffering the effects of a long night out. Also would be nice for older people, disabled, etc. The service was great. Our server was busy (we could tell because my friend and I are both servers) but she kept a smile on her face and kept our coffee refilled. Besides getting our order right (which she did of course) what else do you need? The food was reasonably priced, quality was great, and the portions were big but not weirdly ginormous. My favorite part of the meal were the homefries that came with the meatlover's omelet. I generally don't like homefries cause they are either soggy or undercooked or both. These homefries were put on the griddle so they were crunchy on the outside like hashbrowns but soft and fluffy on the inside like good homefries should be. Sometimes one tweak can revolutionize a dish. This one did that for me. Really I would recommend Jack's to anyone. My mom was just visiting from Alabama, and I wish we had gone here while she was visiting. I don't usually do online reviews, but this experience was so 100% positive I decided I should. Go to Jacks."
