"I have to admit, I wasn't sure what to expect. After reviewing the menu it all sounded good, but was the restaurant going to be too cliche? It wasn't! was disappointed that reservations couldn't be made, but our wait wasn't too long, and the food was worth it! The staff was friendly, and we ordered drinks and coconut shrimp right away. She quickly brought out bread, which is always really appreciated when we have our kiddos with us too. It was soft and fresh and the cinnamon butter was so good! Next came out the coconut shrimp appetizer with a really delicious mango chutney and a nice refreshing slaw. For dinner we ordered the Mahi Mahi with almond rice, and the Ribs with a bourbon bbq sauce both so damn good! I would dare to say it may be the best fish I've ever been served at a restaurant It was exquisitely prepared! The ribs were fall off the bone tender, and the sauce had such great depth of flavor with the bourbon. If I had to make off any pints at all, it'd be for my baja margarita; it was a bit too sweet and just didn't hit the spot for me, but I'll chalk that up to being my poor choice of beverage. Overall, such a great experience and really delicious food!"
