When we pointed it out, he didn't apologize, stating they are confused and short-staffed.“After an hour ? How come? No excuse?”I said.The food quality: The koobideh kebab was a bit tough and dried , and the rice was undercooked. The chicken had cooled, and there was solidified oil in the dish. The chairs and tables were dirty, and there weren't enough utensils; we had to ask for disposable ones.We had a bad experience, and if I could, I would give a negative rating."
