"On Sunday, November 23rd, we were returning from Napa towards San Jose, deciding to have lunch at San Rafael. We ordered koobideh kobabs, grilled chicken, chicken kebab, and chicken koobideh kobab.After twenty about an hour, the waiter brought the food, but some dishes were forgotten. When we pointed it out, he didn't apologize, stating they are confused and short-staffed.“After an hour ? How come? No excuse?”I said.The food quality: The koobideh kebab was a bit tough and dried , and the rice was undercooked. The chicken had cooled, and there was solidified oil in the dish. The chairs and tables were dirty, and there weren't enough utensils; we had to ask for disposable ones.We had a bad experience, and if I could, I would give a negative rating."

Wow! This is the best Persian food in the North Bay! Absolutely amazing. The chicken kabob was perfectly marinated and cooked, and the rice was heavenly. I loved the side of bread and onions. I highly recommend this restaurant. Five stars!

WNK is a gem in San Rafael! They have so many different plates and wraps with all the food here being fresh and handmade daily. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and helped by the team members and even after we eat their delicious food they checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied! Definitely going back here again soon and highly recommend for anyone looking for Persian and Mediterranean food!
