"I would give 3.5 stars if I could. My portobello mushroom wrap was delicious with fresh ingredients and a creamy sauce; I even saved the second half for leftovers and grilled it for the next days lunch. My uncle enjoyed his burger, and we all enjoyed the sweet potato fries, they have really good fries. Unfortunately my aunt and boyfriend did not enjoy their Buddha bowls, the vegetables were steamed with little seasoning, and the dressing didn’t add any life to it. It was a mixed bag. Vegetarian options: My mushroom wrap was very juicy and flavorful, unfortunately my family’s Buddha bowls were lackluster."

"Walked in today asking for a few minutes while I was looking at the menu, the guy at the counter kept tapping his foot against the table and tapping his fingers onto the table very fast as if he was being impatient with me taking my time to look at the menu. When I finally ordered he rushed it took my card from my hand and swiped it. He then ripped up the receipt and I asked can I get a receipt? he said oh and he went back to the register to do something in the cash register and said he made a mistake and charged me $50 something dollars so he refunded it and ended up charging me my original $17. Always ask for a receipt. I felt like he rushed it and tried to scam me. Attached is the picture of my credit card bill. He swiped it ripped up my receipt and when asking for a receipt he then said oh he has to refund me and charged me a different price by accident. So what if I never said anything? And you had my receipt why did you rip it up? Also I ordered a smoothie and on the bottom of my smoothie was a huge chunk of a strawberry that was not blended at all which made it NOT a smoothie. I have attached two pictures of both him trying to scam me with my bill until I called him out and also the bottom of my cup of my not so blended smoothie. Check your bill, check your food, ask for a receipt. Price I will pay even if it's very expensive if that's the price of it but when you try to intentionally play me for my money i'm not the gal for it. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I don't trust them."

"This place is absolutely Amazing. Not only can you get great fruit bowls but they also have a wonderful selection of juices, smoothies, wraps, toasts, panini's, salads and grain bowls. Everything I have tried here tastes absolutely fantastic. My favorite is the the Dragon Bowl which comes with a base of pitaya (dragonfruit), banana, pineapple, raspberries, Immunity Boost, mango juice and coconut milk. ...TOPPINGS: strawberries , kiwi , almonds, organic goji berries, bee pollen and honey. I'm still dreaming about this delicious bowl!!!"

"I went here last December and forgot to post the review. I came across the photos of the salad I ordered and I was reminded of my terrible experience...I ordered a salad with chicken. The ordering experience was difficult enough (two very inexperienced workers running the place). But then they handed me my salad, without chicken, and a spoon and knife. She knew she handed me a spoon but couldn’t find a fork so she didn’t bother turns out there were plenty of forks. When I realized the chicken was missing I requested this as well and then I heard them preparing it in the microwave. The chicken was SOGGY, see photos. Seriously the grossest salad I’ve ever ordered. I ate a few of the greens and then tossed the rest. Maybe their açaí bowls are great, idk, but dear god take the salads off the menu if that’s the level of effort you’re going to put in."

"Vitality Bowls is such a trendy and healthy little spot! I came here since it seemed like they could easily accommodate for a vegan diet. I landed on the Vitality Wrap without the lemon tahini vinaigrette (it contains honey) and a Matcha Tea Latte with almond milk. The girl who helped me was really sweet and well educated on the menu. She didn’t hesitate when I asked her about what was and wasn’t vegan.The wrap itself was delicious! It was pressed like a panini and was more like a yummy burrito. Since it had the vegan aioli it didn’t taste dry, and the blend of flavors worked well. The wrap was filling and contained a good blend of nutritious ingredients. The matcha tea was tasty as well.The reason for 4 stars was for another employee that worked there. She began working on my latte, then randomly stopped and started talking on her cell phone. I’m not sure if it was a work related call or not, but it felt unprofessional for her to do at the register. The employee who made my wrap ended up doing the latte. This caused a huge delay, and I waited about 20 minutes for everything. I think this is too long for quick service, and I was the only one there. There were also three staff members and a manager, so they didn’t appear to be understaffed. Still, I would like to come back and try more options since what I got was so tasty. Just be expected to wait."

"I don't understand what's in the granola for the Acai bowl at this particular location but it has to be gold or something. They are the stingiest people I've ever seen with the granola even when you pay for the extra. Also you Have to taste what you ordered before you leave to make sure that you don't get home after a 30min drive realize they didn't get the order right. Place used to be different but I don't blame the store on this one, I blame the employees. Rude, attitude act like your asking for money from their personal checking account when asking to modification for your order"

"I spent a week in this area and found myself visiting this restaurant quite frequently. I absolutely love their Match Madness Smoothie; it feels like a meal and keeps me satisfied for 2-4 hours. The staff—three ladies who were there when I ordered—were consistently friendly, professional, and efficient, and they always got my order right. "Everything about this place is great, except the wait! I almost gave 3 stars because I placed an online order 10 hours in advance) and it wasn't ready until 40 minutes after the scheduled pick up time! That is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. I can understand a reasonable wait time for walk in orders, because everything is made fresh and they don't have a lot of staff on hand at once, but not for a scheduled order. Maybe 5 mins max. Having said that though, the bowls and juice are delicious. The bowl was a little pricey $13) but I enjoyed every bite. I've had a fresh juice on numerous occasions and always want more. I will continue to eat here, but they really need to figure out something about this wait time because after reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue that is causing a loss in return customers."

"Great healthy option to have a quick breakfast or light snack. I think it's a great alternative if you aren't looking for a heavy large meal. However, it is a bit messy if you are ordering to go as the bowls have almost a smoothie consistency and are in to go bowls with thin lids that leak. Unfortunately one of my bowls leaked all inside the to go bag so next time if I would try to stay and eat it fresh there in person. The apple pie special bowl was delicious but had a lot of raw cinnamon powder on top that I would skip next time. The bowl overall had great flavor and the granola added a nice crunch that the dragon bowl we ordered didn't have. The setting is so cute especially with all the Christmas decor by the fireplace. There's tons of seating and the two different people I saw sitting there had laptops they were working on so a great working cafe setting. I'll be trying more options in the future!"

"I've been coming here since last summer and I still love it. My favorite is their acai bowls! I've also tried the dragon bowl. Super refreshing and healthy treat : It would be nice of they had more beverage options or displayed them better. The chips stand seems out of place to me and doesn't go with their healthy scene. "Due to the pandemic, the owners had to take over from their children and now run the entire business themselves from 8 am to 8 pm every day. Finding new employees has been a challenge as many are choosing to stay at home instead of working. Despite these difficulties, the owners continue to provide excellent food and service. I recently revisited the restaurant where I first tried an Açaí bowl, and I have to say that Vitality Bowls is the clear winner. Every item on their menu was delicious and served at the perfect temperature. I will continue to support this establishment as long as they remain open. I admire their dedication to keeping the business running smoothly, serving consistently high-quality food, and maintaining a positive attitude amidst challenges."

"I ordered the pesto chicken bowl, and it was quite tasty! The chicken was cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, they had run out of their grain mix, so they substituted a salad without the grains, which left me feeling a bit hungry shortly after my meal. However, it was still a delicious and light lunch packed with nutrients. The staff at the front counter seemed a bit disorganized, but the food was prepared and served quickly. I found the price to be on the higher side for a fast food salad, but I suppose that's to be expected in City Creek, where premium prices are the norm. The restaurant is located north of the Cheesecake Factory and south of the Red Balloon toy store. If you're driving, be aware that you'll likely need to park in the east parking lot (accessible from State Street) and pay for parking."

"Now, I feel unfairly labeled a "liar," as it appears there was some sort of miscommunication on their part. I also think it's a good idea for them to keep better notes to avoid these issues in the future. When I went in for the refund, I was told I took too long, but luckily, the manager stepped in to assist me. I appreciate that, but the main problem seems to be a lack of organization. It's important to consider that some customers can’t easily return to pick up an order they never received in the first place—it's really not the customer's fault. I usually get my orders through UberEats, and my husband often picks them up before heading to work. Overall, I’m quite disappointed."

"I used my free birthday reward for a $12 acai bowl at this location and, as always, it was delicious. The cashier was polite and even wished me a Happy Birthday. The store was clean and located in a popular area with other trendy shops. There is a parking deck and parallel parking spots nearby, as well as a wheelchair access ramp. The restaurant is vegan and vegetarian friendly, as well as kid-friendly. The food was super healthy and I am excited to stop in again next time I am in the area. I highly recommend this place."

"I ordered the hummus toast, which wasn't very flavorful, but I ate it anyway. I also had a rehydrator juice since this was my first meal of the day, as I usually fast until noon. My kids each had a smoothie. A couple of hours after returning home, I developed a terrible headache, which I initially thought was due to the heat. Unfortunately, the headache worsened, and I began to vomit. It turned into a very unpleasant night filled with vomiting, chills, and pain. I couldn't keep anything down, not even water, and ended up throwing up six times throughout the night. The headache persisted into the morning. I have decided I will never return to any Vitality Bowl location. The only food I consumed from them was the hummus toast, and the experience of food poisoning was simply not worth it!"
