"Read the poor reviews on Google and you 'll see that it 's due to the manager/owner 's aura and demeanor. She should NOT be working in customer service whatsoever. Since the pandemic I 've supported this Alpharetta business almost every week. I discovered and adored açaí bowls because of them and easily have spent in the thousands for my large family. Last weekend we placed an accidental double order on Door Dash between my husband and myself, and she was snarky then about the order and couldn 't support cancelling one of them because they were made through Door Dash fine. Today, I call on Mother 's Day to ask for strawberries on top of the bowls because the 'Extra Fruit ' option from Door Dash doesn 't allow me to write in which fruit, and Ms. Snarky answers the phone. I let her know it was the double order caller from last weekend and she proceeds to say you paid and your got your food, right? Yes, Ms. Snarky, just as I said I paid and got food that melted and tossed because cut fruit doesn 't freeze well for second day deliciousness AND guess what, you got your money too. One weekend of a misplaced order and you couldn 't accommodate my call with an, oh yes, I remember you... did you enjoy I see you always order here and get kids bowls I 'll put an extra one in for the kiddos. What can I help you with today? Instead, you proceed to tell me you 're working on Mother 's Day well I was trying to give you business on Mother 's Day, but I refuse to give your establishment our business ever again. You should stay off the phones and basically away from all human beings with a heart and bring the guy back who I spoke to almost every weekend who was more than accommodating and easy to order through."

I ordered a small açaí bowl online to keep track of when my order would be ready, as I had my two toddlers with me. However, I still ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. It was frustrating and not worth the wait. I would rate the food 3 out of 5. View menu

Rude staff members. Cant believe this business is still open. I was very disappointed when I was yelled at by the owners' daughter when I tried to use the restroom. They were closing and I use to come often and she rudely commanded me to leave. That could've been handled much nicer.Food: 5/5

Visiting from California so first time at Vitality Bowls, ordered Protein power and dragon smoothies. Both were delicious, refreshing, and of course organic, so beyond my expectations ??Very kind and charming staff and more importantly nice, cozy and clean environment. Terrible customer service with absolutely rude manager. All her customer service was offering to refund my money back instead of providing us good service or solving our problems. Why? Because she forget to buy some milk for the store lol.I’m telling whoever read this review it’s definitely not the customer service that we usually get in Alpharetta area.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The vitality bowl is absolutely delicious and I can't get enough of it. Overall, my experience was mostly positive, but my daughter mentioned that they were a bit rude to her when she called to place an order. It would be beneficial for them to provide training for their staff on how to better treat their customers. The food gets a 5 out of 5 rating from me.
