"February 2024. This refers to our experieince at the Mariscos on 2902 E 22nd St.The service was poor. The waitress was inattentive, did not understand our requests, and brought us the wrong drink order. With very sparse exception, each meal menu item was a minimal $20.00, so for two, with beverages, tax and tip, ..... The food was tasteless, portions were skimpy, and for the menu prices listed, condiments were lacking and rudimentary. It did not appear the cooks had any training, rather it seemed they were following a boiler plate recipe of combining prepared sauces and ingredients. The filth and the stench, especially in the restroom area, was putrid. One bathroom was inoperable/locked and the other was full of mold, mildew and filth. Huge rip off, horrible food, poor service, unhygenic, and lack of effective management."
