"lack of service, eating was really terrible. we've been here before, but that was by far the worst experience I had at wokcano. it started with the drinks, the first 3 things we ordered that they did not make any accusations for. someone doesn't do an inventory right or something? the service wasn't good, they never came back to ask us if we wanted another round, and we were there until then, we didn't even want to order. almost all the food we ordered was not good and we had a gluten-free friend who could hardly order anything, since almost all sauces and soy sauces had gluten. the birthday child had a terrible laugh on her sushi and it ruined her whole appetit. tastefully fishy and slimy, she wasn't happy about it and made very disappointed. our server didn't even ask how everything was. to list our problems, our mistsuppen came cold out, we asked for new suppening and we received almost half the amount after they had relieved them and the suppe was evaporated (they took to get back 10 minutes btw. they could have just brought us new fresh suppe.) the salate were wet. who wants to eat wet salad? the quality of our fish was terrible (as mentioned above) the orange huh was cooked over and difficult to eat, it didn't even taste fresh, the outside was rock-hard. when we got our bill, we didn't even have the energy to complain. we just wanted to get out, more terrible place to choose for our friends birthday dinner, couldn't be more disappointed."

"arabellas is not just a place to eat, it is a culinary experience. when they go to arabellas, they can expect two things. one, be ready to spend a few hours. Remember, this is a culinary experience not a fast turnaround restaurant like chili’s. two, be prepared to spend a little more than usual. they get high-quality food prepared by talented chefs, not with minimal culinary experience. our experience began with some drinks in the connected ave bar. the ave bar is owned and operated by the same persons and has a beautiful chill vibe. perfect opportunity to wait for her table to be ready. when we sat, we met our waiter and his assistant. they were amazing during the experience. they gave some recommendations and were extremely attentive. we started with appetizers. the brush and fiocchi were simply amazing! the brush had a perfect amount of tomats with a little twist of balsamic glaze. the fiocchi was a cheerful joy of tender pasta with gorgonzola cheese sauce! brot is also served with butter and an oliventampenade. it is a big brotsohnorder extra tampenade. you will need it! At dinner came dressed with salads with a delicious white zinkfandel essigett. simple and satisfying. as this is a one- and long-term experience, we all went out and ordered the chateau brianne for two. other party with us ordered the ribeye and steak lady diana. the chateau brianne and steak lady diana are both prepared tableside. I would recommend either court! the brian had a delicious and earthy mushroom cream sauce with a cheese and spinat filled paprika half. the steak lady diana is also served with fresh mushrooms! with fresh I my braided table side with her two big pieces filet! while all this food alone will fill them, they remember, they are here for an experience so gloomy! we ordered the banana care and cream roar. the banana beef is prepared table side and the cook gives them a step for how to prepare their dish that already add amazing experience! to keep everything on the fire theme, the cream crumble also came on the table. the idea is that the flames stop the crumbling before they dig in. be patient, it is worth the wait! whether there is a special occasion or a special date or just dinner arabellas make every cent they pay well there! sit down and enjoy their meal and do not forget that the piano player gives them a replay of AC/DC thunderstruck! You're not sorry!"

"This was our first visit and it was during Restuarant Week. The place was very busy but we were seated promptly (had a reservation). The parking lot is small but they do have valet parking so it wasn 't an issue. A server immediately brought water but a waiter was nowhere to be found. All other tables were being served but we werel left unattended for over 15 minutes. We finally had to ask a busperson to find a waiter/waiteress so that we would order a drink and get menus. Our waiter eventually came to our table. He was arrogant and pushy. I order a glass of Italian Red and he immediately tried hard to upsell me on the special wine of the night. Went to a lengthy description. When I asked the price of the glass, I was told it was $20. He knew I just ordered a $9 glass so why push so hard to try to sell me a glass that was over double the price. He wasn 't expecting me to ask the price. Once our meal arrived (delivered not by him), our waiter never came by to ask if needed anything else or if we were enjoying our meal. After we finished our meal, he finally came by to ask if we wanted another glass of wine! I asked for dessert to go and had to follow up on that since we were sitting at our table for another 15 minutes waiting after we paid to grab our dessert and go. The food was amazing and all other staff were great from the hostess to valet. This one waiter put a damper on the evening. Too bad we go stuck with the one who didn 't want to be there . We 'll return and hope we have a different serve."
