"I have never been so disappointed in a restaurant before. The Steamed Mussels were a huge letdown, with some shells closed and others empty. It was definitely not worth the money. The Lobster Ravioli had a burnt taste and varied in shapes and sizes, which could have been okay if they didn't seem processed. My husband's meal was okay, but compared to past experiences, it was just alright. If I'm going to pay more for a meal, I expect better quality. Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend lately, including at this restaurant. I really wish I could ask for a full refund, as the experience was that disappointing."

The menu had a lot of different options that looked great, but I ended up taking the servers suggestion of the Meatball Sub. It was amazing! Giant meatballs, plenty of cheese, and extra sauce on the side. I’ll definitely be back.Food: 5/5

The lemoncello cake was underwhelming, but the cannolis were a standout. They thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna and the fettuccine Alfredo! The chicken parmesan was also delicious. We will definitely return to try more dishes, although we wish they served garlic bread.

Second visit, first-time with family for twins' birthday. Delicious dishes and appetizers; special birthday canolis, too. I moved here 2 years ago and loved this place. I have done takeout a few times since and it fell flat on its face. Food is bland and needs flavor. Chicken parmigiana tasted awful and old as if it was sitting in this for a few hours and the Pepperoni Papa was no better and burnt. Probably the last time I give them a shot

My family love the food and atmosphere at this lovely authentic Italian restaurant. From the delicious shrimp cocktail, to the decatant Tirami Su, it was a wonderful Italian experience. Fresh ingredients and the love that goes into the food preparation are evident. The service was outstanding, and Frank was a fabulous host, as always. Great vegetarian options. Pacino's is our favorite place to dine.Vegetarian options: We especially loved the modern take on Bruschetta, with fig, brie, and cheese.
