"Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with a smile by the staff who asked if I was there for a pick-up order. They informed me that they were already working on my mobile order and it was ready in just a few minutes. Every ingredient tasted fresh and packed with flavor. I especially enjoyed the self-serve sauce area near the pick-up counter for an extra kick. The rewards app was a nice bonus as well. I came in as a Chipotle fan but left as a Moe's enthusiast!"

"I love Moes and I will always love Moes but, I miss the old Moes. Moes used to have a lovely atmosphere. Workers greeting you at the entrance with an enthusiastic, “Welcome to Moes!” Now, every-time I walk in it is silent. I can’t even remember the last time Ive been greeted enthusiastically there. They’ve rebranded to modernize; adding a new logo, new furniture, and a new color scheme. It’s ugly! I miss the visuals of instruments on the walls made of foods. I miss the corner booth next to the window I always sat in with a big group of friends. The food is still good, but, Moes will never surpass the level it was at before. Bring the old Moes back!Highly recommend the queso. It is the best."

"I recently had the pleasure of trying Moe's Southwest Grill for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. It's similar to Chipotle but offers a wider range of options for customizing your burrito or bowl. The rice and chicken were particularly flavorful and had a delightful hint of spice.The staff was incredibly helpful, answering my first-time questions and suggesting some must-try items. They offer five signature sauces, and my personal favorite was the chipotle. The ambience is comparable to Chipotle, but the prices seem slightly higher. However, I believe the quality and quantity of food justify the cost. One bowl is easily enough for two people to share.If you're looking for an alternative to Chipotle, Moe's Southwest Grill is definitely worth trying. "Overall it was a good visit. My wife and I each ordered a burrito, me a Joey with steak and her a homewrecker with pork. I had a lot of steak, but she did not have a lot of pork at all. We also got a cup of queso, which was excellent! However one basket of chips was not cooked properly and we had to dump them. The cashier got us another basket immediately and apologized for the first batch. The chip issue and the lack of pork dropped the visit to 3 stars, but the apology and new warm batch of chips brought it back up to 4 stars."

"As a first-time visitor on November 26, 2023, I found the ordering process to be smooth and efficient. The atmosphere was pleasant, and as soon as I walked in, the delightful aroma of the food hit me—it was truly a captivating scent! Our meals were prepared quickly, and the flavors were fantastic. "I don't know what was happening with the staff today, but the entire staff shorted my burrito bowl on every proportion. They even charged me extra when I asked the lady to give me a full scoop rather than the two pieces of chicken she put in the bowl.And the kicker was the guy dealing the chips. Usually Moes is wonderful. Always gives a full bag of chips. (I'll attach a pic if I can) Today, the chip guy hid the chips from me and made it look full. I got home to find barely anything in the bag. Like Chipotle level of chips. Weighed it. 100grams. Are you serious??And I know they under proportioned all my ingredients in my bowl, because last time I came here, I weighed my bowl against my roommates to beg mine was more full. Today it was 200grams less than that. And I ordered the same thing.This is the third time I've been snubbed by one of their employees, specifically the guy dealing the rice and bean and protein. I'm done. Never coming here again. Find a different moes."

"This was a horrible experience on January 26, 2024. Three employees and all were rude, disrespectful, and mean. Filthy restaurant, broken televisions, no music, not even a Welcome to Moe 's . I filled out a complaint on Moe 's website and surprisingly got no response even though I requested a response. The phone number for contact on the website does not work big surprise. Not all Moe 's are this bad, but this one is and the corporation obviously doesn 't care. What a waste of $45.This is obviously a trend looking at other reviews and all the owner says is We hear you , Oh no! , We hope you 'll try again . That 's a joke, they don 't care. They could show they cared by really reaching out to the customer and trying to make it right."

"This is a pretty solid Moe 's Southwest Grill they got over here in Hackettstown. I used to think Moe 's was the owner 's name or something but it turns out that it 's an acronym for Musicians Outlaws and Entertainers which makes me like this place even more. Plus that explains the concept menu which includes plenty of buzz words taken from famous pop culture driven situations. My all time favorite menu item that this place offers has got to be the Homewrecker Burrito which gets it 's name from an episode of Seinfeld. It 's probably the biggest dang Burrito you can Shake Hands with from any of these chain type places. Last time I was here I ordered the Chicken version of the Homewrecker Burrito and it definitely did not disappoint. It was full of Diced Chicken, Seasoned Rice, Black Beans, Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes, Jalapeños, Cilantro, Sour Cream, and Guacamole. I mean it doesn 't get any better than that does it? But wait there 's even MORE Moe 's with their Free Chips and Salsa Bar. Now it doesn 't get any better than that!! Come And Get Your Moe 's Munch On!!"

"The Moe's in Fort Oglethorpe, GA is run well. The workers are friendly. They do a good job of food prep and give you a good amount for your money. I have never been disappointed here. They have frequent specials, like Moe's Mondays. And I love that they do Spirit Nights for local fundraisers. Cost is more than Taco Bell or Del Taco, but that is because of better quality. Dining room is open with limited seating. Other options available. Try it."

"The restaurant exceeded my expectations with their catering service. I noted a dairy and gluten allergy in my order, and they took extra care to label everything with the allergens clearly. Everything was beautifully packaged, and they also packaged the allergenic items separately. To top it off, they included a receipt along with a thank you note. I couldn't have asked for better service—the staff was incredibly helpful, and everything arrived on time. I will definitely be returning!"

"March 2 2024, Saturday 11:30 A.M. we ordered 3 bowels normally we spend $60+ and an usually have a good experience but this time the not pleasant especially when I order the third bowel I was given a half spoon of rice not even a full spoon of corn or chicken an as I ask questions the young lady (white) had an attitude like she really didn't want to fix my bowel and slid it on down before I finished telling her what all I wanted. It took me 5mins to get to my house only to have my food completely cold and Guacamole completely hot. I didn't mind paying extra. But the service I received today I want be coming back. And I want is a refund it . I'm won't be going back"
