The ground beef looks like **** but it taste good, the food is good and the customer service is better at night usually.

Santana and the young guy who was working with her really made my experience over and beyond especially from the experience I had on last Saturday!!

It was $5.99 Burrito night, but unfortunately, they were out of tortillas and guacamole. I ended up with a bowl and just one small tortilla on the side. The food was tasty, and the staff member was very helpful.

The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful. Don't be misled by their youth; they were incredibly friendly and professional. They made everyone feel at home and did an outstanding job attending to the customers' needs. The portion sizes were generous, and the food was delicious, making it an overall great value for the price.

Never ordering from this place again. They dropped my food, didn’t completely wrap the burrito. Not to mention I barely have any food in my bowl. Pretty much charged me for something I didn’t receive and didn’t answer the phone when I called. Poor service and lack of professionalism. Normally I overlook things but this happened several times before. They will no longer continue to receive my money if they refuse to honor my request which are reasonable. All I wanted was my food. This has been, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered nachos and received only 10 chips on one side of the dish, barely covering half of it. When I inquired about jalapeños, I was told I could have two slices of pickled ones, but since I can't have vinegar for medical reasons, that wasn't an option. They couldn’t offer any fresh ones either! I highly recommend avoiding this place; in my two visits, they were out of about three-quarters of their menu and didn't seem to care. Plus, the restaurant was in a disgusting state.

I have a fondness for Moe's Olive Branch, and the day shift manager is outstanding. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has been declining. On my last visit, I noticed the food was uncovered, and there was a fly buzzing around. Additionally, there always seems to be an item missing from the menu. The staff often appears unmotivated and lacks pride in their service. The manager and a young woman named Huey stand out as exceptional, and when they're not around, I really hesitate to dine there. The issue with flies is concerning as well. It used to be a great place to eat... what a shame.

March 2 2024, Saturday 11:30 A.M. we ordered 3 bowels normally we spend $60+ and an usually have a good experience but this time the not pleasant especially when I order the third bowel I was given a half spoon of rice not even a full spoon of corn or chicken an as I ask questions the young lady (white) had an attitude like she really didn't want to fix my bowel and slid it on down before I finished telling her what all I wanted. It took me 5mins to get to my house only to have my food completely cold and Guacamole completely hot. I didn't mind paying extra. But the service I received today I want be coming back. And I want is a refund it . I'm won't be going back View menu
