"Yesterday evening, we ordered a Vinny's Philly cheesesteak pan pizza. A family member had ordered it before and was expecting the same quality. Unfortunately, the American cheese on the pizza was not cooked at all. It looked as if the slices had been abandoned and not heated. The pizza was completely disgusting. This restaurant seems to have declined in quality rapidly, starting with their Philly cheese steak rolls."
