"I received a couple of Panera gift cards for Christmas and decided to treat myself to lunch yesterday. I usually go for the "pick 2" option, and this time I chose the creamy tomato soup and a half sandwich with turkey, avocado, and bacon. I actually thought the turkey item would be a salad, so I was a bit disappointed when my order arrived. However, not wanting to change anything, I accepted the order as it was. Let me tell you, that turkey avocado sandwich was incredible! I ended up very pleased with my slight misunderstanding and thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing lunch."

"The store management at this Market Street location apparently cares more about having food options for the online orders than for the walk-in customer orders. On 6/18 /22, I walked up to the counter asking if any four cheese soufflé were available, and I was told by the very kind and helpful cashier that more of them were being prepared. When she returned to give me an update, I was informed that there weren’t any available because they had already been sold. Really?? Thank you for thinking so little about the HUMANS who enter your store. Do you really WANT US IN THERE?"

"Loved my Caesar salad and fontago chick sand! But most of all, manager Adam (name on the receipt, definitely a manager at the register), was....awesome! Both Carmen and I left our wallets at home and had no cash stashed in the car� All we had was a $15 Panara gift card, our bill $25.07. "The food at the restaurant was delicious, the service was excellent, however, I found it too cold in the dining area. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long before I was able to secure a warm and cozy spot by the fireplace. It was a snowy and miserable day outside. "Got the Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich it usually comes on white bread but I suggest trying the Tomato Basil bread really complements the sandwich and get one of their latest lemonade drinks I had the Mango overall bit the cheapest meal in theserough times and I almost forgot get the whole sandwich not the half worst case you have the other half to enjoy later. "I ordered a bowl of soup because the cup is so small, but what I received was less than a cup of soup in a bowl. The price for anything from this company is already ridiculous, and now they're shortchanging customers by giving them half their food! I paid over $9 for this soup, and that's outrageous! If I poured it into a ladle, there would still be room left. Why are we paying $9 for such a tiny amount of soup, and why is the service so poor that they send out an incomplete order? "We placed a to-go order for a salad and a sandwich through the kiosk, but we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. When we finally left, I noticed that they had forgotten to include any dressing for the salad. My husband spoke to the manager about the long wait, but the manager simply said they were busy and didn’t offer any apology. To make matters worse, we overheard them telling other customers that the wait was only 20 minutes. I chose not to provide my email address, so I didn’t receive a receipt to file a complaint with corporate. All in all, I won’t be returning to this restaurant."

As for the tomato soup, save yourself the money and go buy a can of Cambels or, better yet, a box of Pacific foods roasted red pepper tomato soup. I hear most people like Panera broccoli cheese soup. "7/16/2022 I am a long time Panera Bread customer and do like their food. But, today I had a disgraceful experience in their Coconut Point, Estero FL store. I placed my order and sat at a table. When my buzzer went off signaling that my food was readyI proceeded to the counter. When I arrived at the counter my food was the only food on the entire counter and there was aperson standing in front of it blocking my access to the food. I tried to reach for it but could not get past the person toreach it. She turned around and looked at me then turned her back to me again without moving and responding in any way. I saidin a normal voice that I would like to get my food. She (Meghan turned out to be the manager) gave me a dirty look andpushed my food across the counter knocking the sandwich off the plate. I then asked her if I could get some condiments whichshe was blocking also. She nearly threw them across the counter. I told her I did not understand her rude behavior and sheyelled that is it, I am calling security. Security came to my table and said I have to leave. I told him what happened and hesaid he understood and suggested that I let Panera corporate know what happened. I asked for a refund for my meal and Meghan said that is not going to happen. I asked for take out boxes to take my meal and she gave me a Dirty box. Igathered my food and left. She yelled at me on the way out the door that her name was Meghan and to make sure that I spelled itright. As a human being, let alone an employee I would apologize to anyone that I was unintentionally standing in their way. Ican not understand how anyone can keep a job with such behavior. I see by the comments that it appears to be a commonoccurrence at this location. Good food. Decent prices. Unbelievably terrible customer service ! ! !"

"I ordered lunch through up and did the drive up for Panera and was pleasantly surprised. I was about ten minutes early when I checked in and figured I would be sitting there waiting because I was early, but my food came out a few minutes after I got there. The guy was very nice when he brought it too. My caesar salad was good, but my broccoli cheddar soup was delicious. That soup is the whole reason I wanted Panera. My fiancé ordered the broccoli Mac and cheese in a bread bowl and was disappointed, he said the bread was good but the Mac and cheese left something to be desired."

"I had a disappointing experience at this Panera today. The host, who I’ll refer to as “Chatty Kathy,” seemed dismissive when I inquired about a discount on my purchase of six muffins. In the past, I had received a “baked goods” discount at two different locations, but she firmly denied me the same discount today, insisting that I was mistaken. Even when I explained that I wasn't lying, she still refused to budge. I requested to speak with the manager, but no one was available. This was really poor customer service; it felt like she assumed I was lying. I don't think I'll be returning to this location again."

"this place does not seem to have everything together, which is a clear indication of bad management. I have gone to panera breads for ever and have never received such incompatible service. this is the second time that I ordered a chicken chip avocado melt and ended with less than a small handful of huh, the avocado was heavy, and the cheese was hardly on the sandwich. the only reason I gave them another shot was because I had a lunch, wanted a suppe and had no time to go elsewhere. the suppe tastes good. I will say that my eating came very fast, but it is likely because it was thrown together so badly. oh, and I asked for chips that even got on my reception, but got brot instead. perfection!"

"This is one of my favorite dining spots. The food is consistently fresh, and I never have to wait long for my order. On March 13th, 2024, I visited with my boyfriend and ordered a sandwich. We were unaware that it contained horseradish, and when he tried it, it made him feel ill right away. I went back inside and was met by a staff member whom I believe was the manager on duty. Although I didn't catch her name, she was fantastic. She promptly had a new sandwich prepared for us. I just wanted to express my gratitude and say thank you!"
