"We placed a to-go order for a salad and a sandwich through the kiosk, but we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. When we finally left, I noticed that they had forgotten to include any dressing for the salad. My husband spoke to the manager about the long wait, but the manager simply said they were busy and didn’t offer any apology. To make matters worse, we overheard them telling other customers that the wait was only 20 minutes. I chose not to provide my email address, so I didn’t receive a receipt to file a complaint with corporate. All in all, I won’t be returning to this restaurant."

This is one of two Panera bread locations in Natomas, and my preferred one actually. We both dine in and get food delivered. Everything is always fresh and well made when we receive it.

I come here to study and have either breakfast or lunch. The ambience is nice, I love their souffles, their charged beverages are all very good and refreshing with caffeine. I love their broccoli and cheddar soup. Staff is very friendly, bathrooms are clean and the wait time is just right.

The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the customer service is outstanding. The food is amazing, resulting in a delightful overall experience. It's also an excellent venue for meetings. On my visit on October 31, 2022, I once again received exceptional service. Even late at night, the establishment stays tidy. After a long day, it's the ideal place to enjoy a warm dinner with family.

This location has a fantastic manager. We had a big order delivered to our office. When we realized that we had a missing group item so we called this location to ask if we could come pick up the missing item. It turns out out was the Del Paso location that our order was delivered from but the manager at this location made it right and let me come pick up the missing item and rhe missing utensils so my staff could eat. Thank you for going above and beyond.
