"Everything on the menu looks delicious! I had the Luxury Lox and Bagel. The salmon was perfect. The bagel was toasted perfectly but the best part is the flavored cream cheese!! I also had fresh squeezed orange juice with a mixture of carrot juice and a oatmeal cookie. It's expensive but worth it. It's gets busy and a little crowded but because they are sooo good! Well worth my time and money I will be coming back."

Deserves no star .The waiter was nice (thats it).i should’ve known when they had bowls on the tables, catching the rainwater from the leaky ceiling but Ididn’t notice that until after I ordered. That aside, I could’ve ignored the dripping noises and the spatter sounds if the food was good, but they couldn’t even make sausage bacon and eggs Good. The time before I went in there the power went off and They couldn’t serve us because they had to wait the fire department.I grew up around here, and I’ve always known the Fairmount was low, but even for the Fairmount diner this was low..Make sure you have all your shots up-to-date before you go here."

"This is a lovely hidden gem. The service was excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, with a spacious outdoor seating area. Make sure to try the hot cocoa, as well as the ham and chocolate chip pancakes - they are a must. Overall, everything was really satisfying."

"Updated review: 04/01/2022: One of the great things about Shari's is, you can have breakfast for dinner. I had the $15 country fried steak and eggs, $1 for loaded hash browns. It comes with french toast or pancakes. The food tasted fine. Service was slow as usual. I noticed they raised the price of the Fri-Sat prime rib by $2. It no longer comes with a soup or salad, instead replaced by a dinner roll. Updated 02/14/2022: Pro tip: At Shari's, you can add an extra beef patty for $3. I believe they are 8oz patties. That is not necessary because I was really full from their single patty burger. My hangover burger $13 was awesome. This is probably one of the best burgers in San Bruno. It came with bacon, crispy hash browns, egg, lettuce, red onions, tomato. I added Swiss cheese $1 and guacamole $1. Service is usually slow here. But still, this was a very good meal. Updated 02/11/2022: Good times as always at Shari's. We had the 3x 10 oz prime ribs $21 each (Fri-Sun only), cinnamon roll french toast $11 and prime rib dip $13. We didn't order it though, but they have a Valentine's weekend $30 meal for two that comes with pie. At dinner time, the restaurant was full with a short line. I'm thinking it was because of the slow kitchen. Our food took about half an hour to come out. Service was as expected for a full house. Updated 10/20/2021: Heads up, free slice of pie on Wednesdays 4pm-10pm. Service was a little slow. We didn't see our waiter until 15 minutes after we've been seated. The steaks were good though. I was surprised about the free slice of pie on Wednesday 4pm-10pm. We ended up taking it to go because we were so full. Original review: Shari's was not crowded at all at 6:30pm. We had the prime rib (available only after 4pm on Friday and the weekend) and a T-bone steak eggs. They ran out of the regular steaks. Right after we ordered our prime ribs, it was no longer available as the party behind us tried to order it after seeing our meals. The 10oz prime rib meals come with either a salad or soup and two sides. We picked the baked potato (fully loaded), broccoli, fries (fully loaded) and spinach. It was a lot of food. The prime rib was not bad. It was slow cooked with an herb edge. The T-bone steak was great. Service was excellent and we tipped her 30 ."

"Always good food and coffee. I feel terrible that I have to say this, but I was having lunch in Harbour House with a friend, and the waitress, who 's not always friendly, gave me what I didn 't order. Silly. I was charged for it, when it was supposed to come with the meal free. She said I ordered it even though I didn 't. I brought it to her attention, and she said, what do you want to do about it ? I rhought that was strange. So I repsonded, replied, what do you want to do about it ? No answer. So, because I ate it, I paid for it. I told her it wasn 't very nice nor fair, and she said, I don 't care, it 's not my money . I said, you 're right, it 's not your money . I then left. This conversation was done quietly. The reason I feel terrible is that I 've been going to Harbour House for over 30 years, and I think this will be my last. I 've noticed that she 's not always nice, yet she loves the male customers, so they give her a bigger tip than women. How sad."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant! The owner is such a wonderful person. Her efficiency is incredible, almost as if she was destined for the hospitality industry. Words can't fully capture how graceful and talented she is at her job. Along with the exceptional service, the food is outstanding as well. This place easily deserves a 10-star rating. The fact that they opened in Pompton and continue to thrive speaks volumes about their success. Great job, Cardinal! I always leave generous tips, often double or triple my bill, and she’s always surprised, but honestly, they truly deserve it. I love this place!"

"Instead of processing my refund, she decided to make another pizza and went over to my neighbor's house herself. I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, but here's the problem: I live on the 2nd floor, and the delivery driver claimed to have delivered it to the 1st floor to a man with long hair. That should be all the evidence you need! To make matters worse, I later found out that the delivery driver actually pushed the door down, and when he opened it, it was this man with long hair who was confused. The delivery driver assumed that since he was there, it must be his pizza, so he just handed it to him without confirming anything. Why is that my fault? You had my number; why didn’t you just call me? I will NOT order from here again. Seriously, stay away!"

"A pub to me equals good beer and good food. This is a great pub. Our server was fantastic, the food was really good, and the beer kept flowing. We were in town for our anniversary on a holiday weekend, so several other places we looked at were closed. We found this pub and were really happy it was open. We were even given a slice of cheese cake to help us celebrate. A very memorable evening because in no small part to this very memorable Irish pub, thank you for the memories! "I had the savory bowl and it was disgusting. The chicken was more like dry woody jerky. The brussel sprouts were not flavorful and everything tasted disgusting but the roasted carrots, they were fine. Nearly everything was needlessly dry and flavorless. The salad did look good. "We used to visit this restaurant frequently, but we've decided never to return. We really wanted to give this place a chance because we enjoyed the crepes and the eggs were consistently cooked well. Unfortunately, the service has declined. On several occasions, our server appeared confused, frequently bringing us the wrong orders or nothing at all. The situation in the kitchen was even worse; on one visit, the chef sat at the table next to us, watching a loud TV show on his phone while we were trying to enjoy our breakfast. When we expressed our intent not to return, they responded nonchalantly. The customer service and overall atmosphere are lacking. I give it two stars because the food is decent. They had better staff before the pandemic, so hopefully they can improve their training for both the kitchen and waitstaff. I often drive past and feel sad, recalling the great experiences we had when they first opened."
