"This restaurant is more like a 4.5-star rating, but I rounded up to 5. The place is clean, the service is friendly, the food prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. They offer all day breakfast, delicious cakes and shakes, and appetizers in decent sizes. The environment is a bit outdated, but still clean. Overall, the dining experience was great. The steak portion was not too big, but it was still delicious."

"We usually visit this restaurant exclusively for breakfast. The food is delicious and made fresh. We always opt for French fries instead of home fries, and they arrive piping hot every time. I'm a fan of corned beef hash and always request it to be cooked until crispy, but unfortunately, I’ve yet to find a place that gets it just right. The restaurant is clean, and we’ve never had an issue with parking. The portion sizes are generous, and we never leave feeling hungry. While the breakfast prices seem a bit on the higher side, they’re fairly typical for the area. One time, we ordered a Caesar salad with chicken to take out, and it ended up costing us nearly $20! It wasn’t anything particularly special, so we’ve decided to stick to breakfast from here on out."

"Waitress was ... How do you say.. she made a reference to giving us our meal no way would you use hot sauce on it but she made a kind of funny way of saying yeah I could bring you some hot sauce! We were eating breakfast she didn't even say ketchup.. wow!Then my husband says no I don't want anything to drink.. she said how about water? He said no thank you. She came back with youknow it's free right?! We were appalled at her responses and attitude. Also it said free slice of pie when you join rewards. SoI signed up there. I showed her in the app about a free slice of pie, she says yeah never heard of it. I showed her and sheacted like I made the app up sitting at the table! It was advertised at your restaurant.!! She had to go ask someone else andthen she says yeah I never heard of that!! I can't believe it.. what a terrible, racist experience. Needless to say we won't becoming back here..!!"

"Brooklyn Bagels is honestly the best bagel shop in New Jersey!! Everytime I visit Totowa to see my grandparents, I have to stop at Brooklyn Bagels and get me my Taylor Ham? , egg ? , and cheese ? on an everything bagel. Don’t get me started on the french toast ? it’s to die for. Food is always made fresh??‍? and I can honestly taste the difference in quality. The shop is always so clean and I can probably eat off the floor if I had to. Aside from that I had the chance to speak ? with one of the owners, Vanessa, who took my order, and she gave me great recommendations ? that I can’t wait to try when I am next in the area. If you happen to be in the area or like great tasting food, go visit THIS Brooklyn Bagels in Totowa. You won’t regret it!!! ?"

"We got there at 8:30pm restaurant was empty except for lottery. When we walked in I asked the waitress if the restaurant was open and what time it was going to close because of other times we've been there and they closed early. The waitress rudely stated they close at ten. Ok we had time I Thought after getting our water the waitress didn't come back to the table till 10 minutes to 9pm she was too busy giggling with a male customer on the other side of the restaurant. I ordered the meat lovers skillet with the biscuit and gravy. After 25 min i finally got my food and wow.....There was hardly any gravy on a very hard biscuit. I asked the waitress if I could get some more gravy on it and she said that I would have to pay for extra I asked her how is it extra when I didn't even get any on the biscuit the teaspoon I got was all on the side of a biscuit that couldn't be eaten because it was too hard. She just walked away. Then about 5 minutes into eating the waitress said that they were closing. I looked at my watch and it was 9:19pm. I told her that was why I asked when we came in what time they were going to close and she threw her rag down and my husband and I just got up paid and walked out after me eating nothing and him only 3 bites. I don't understand why your restaurant in woodburn is the only one that is so rude and never enough people working. I used to love this restaurant but for awhile now it has been really bad."

"We have been here many times because the food is really good. Everything we have tried from this place is good. Their cups are really big so I've never needed a refill and that's a good thing because the servers never check back until you're ready for a bill. Now the servers aren't rude, in fact they're very pleasant. They just aren't very attentive. With that being said I still continue to go here because the food is great and I know what to expect out of the wait staff. I've dined here over 10 times and the service has always been the same. I recommend the pan fried fish garlic wings with homemade blue cheese. Also- as take out I've had their pizza and it was really good too. Food alone I'd give 5 stars."

"Pictures are very misleading, it's basically a Kennedy Fried Chicken. Not a coffee shop. No cute glass facade, no espresso machine.Also not 24hrs, I stopped by on my way to work (got up early for this) and the guy was just getting there to open at like 4:45.All in all, waste of an early morning."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the unenthusiastic staff. They made it clear that they were irritated by even a simple question. The young man making sandwiches was particularly rude, and the breakfast sandwich I ordered was the worst I've ever had. The breakfast options were lacking, and they had even run out of bread, despite me arriving at 7 AM! I used to enjoy the almond butter with banana, but when I asked about it, the staff member informed me, "We don't do that anymore." What a letdown!"

"I ordered a sandwich special with coffee. Horrible service! The sandwich had 2 strips of bacon and the eggs were almost undercook.. how can a food cart on the street served better sandwich and puts more bacon on the sandwich than a place like this? Just 1 issue, we ordered omelettes as depicted on a poster in the shopfront, however when our omelettes arrived, it was without the avocado as shown, which was kind of the reason we ordered this breakfast. When querying this, we were just told the avocado is extra, but no exclusion of the avocado is stated on the poster."

"Nothing but wonderful things to say about the food, the atmosphere, the wait staff, the coffee! If I lived in Rochester, I'd be here far too often for my waistline; Vixen Pancake (red velvet, berries, chocolate chips with the real maple syrup. So sodding delicious. "Soup in a small cup at 7.50 usd, other than too salty it has a stange smell, after tasting I have through it. Salade Mediterraneenne feta at 10.50 very small portion with no meat/chicken nor fish (Feta cheese with no taste, could be old and staying long time in the fridge). After spending around 20 usd there, I went on 6th Ave nearby restaurant to have a good lunch and change this bad taste of their salty soup.
