"I had the worst experience yesterday afternoon. I went in to get ice cream, and there was a bit of a line. A young Asian girl working at the counter (who refused to give me her name) had no business being in customer service. She was extremely rude to nearly everyone in line. When it was finally my turn to order, she didn’t let me finish speaking and started scooping the wrong ice cream into a cup, even though that wasn’t what I wanted. When I clarified that I wanted soft serve, she rolled her eyes, dumped the ice cream back into the tub, and stormed off to the soft serve machine. At this point, other customers and I were just staring at her, and she sharply said, “Can you come over here?” I told her to keep the ice cream and asked for her name and the manager’s number. She claimed she didn’t have a manager and refused to give me her name. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If you don’t want to serve people, you shouldn’t work in customer service and ruin someone’s entire day. I will definitely be contacting corporate about this incident."
