"We've visited this restaurant several times and have always loved it, but things have changed. First off, I don’t mind having a time limit for our table, but the cooperation needs to be mutual, and it wasn’t on this visit. We started with appetizers and cocktails, followed by our main course. After placing our entree orders, the server reminded us of the time constraint, but it took 30 minutes for our entrees to arrive after clearing the appetizers. I felt pressured to eat quickly due to the time limit, while the kitchen was unusually slow. I finished my meal with only 15 minutes left and received another reminder from the server that we needed to leave soon. Why would you offer dessert if you're trying to rush me out the door? To make matters worse, the duck was overcooked, cold, and had the texture of old, stringy roast beef. So not only was it late coming out of the kitchen, but it was also poorly prepared. We've recommended this place to so many people, but we won't be coming back. You can't expect me to eat quickly while also making me wait—it's simply not a feasible approach."
