"We enjoyed our dinner here despite my husband’s steak being overcooked. The manager went above and beyond to address it so we will return. Here’s what we ordered:Fried calamari: hot and crispy, well seasoned. Delicious lemon aioli sauce. 5/5Crab cake: one large lump crab cake. It wasn’t heated fully so the center was cool. It tasted pretty good though. The Napa cabbage slaw was too vinegary. 4/5New York strip steak: was cooked well done and was dry and chewy. It arrived sliced so we are surprised the chef allowed it to be served. When we brought it to our server’s attention, she could see it was overcooked and immediately brought it to the manager’s attention. The manager came over and apologized then brought my husband a complimentary bowl of the crab and corn chowder so he had something to eat while I ate my entree. We thought that was a nice gesture. When the new steak arrived, it was cooked to the appropriate temperature, but lacked flavor. We wouldn’t recommend the New York strip. 3/5Scallops and duck confit croquette: this was the chef special that evening. The scallops were perfectly cooked (which can be challenging). The duck confit croquette was very tasty. I haven’t had anything like that before. The kale and corn quinoa was pretty good too. 5/5Mushrooms (family size side dish): very tasty! 4/5 because it was lukewarm instead of hot.Crab and corn chowder: delicious but very rich and heavy. 5/5Peach cobbler with vanilla gelato: arrived steaming hot; very tasty! Instead of the traditional cobbler topping, their version has a streusel topping over the peaches. They also drizzled caramel sauce over it. I personally thought it was sweet enough without the caramel but my 9yo really loved it. Also want to note that this dessert was complimentary from the manager due to the steak issue. Not something we expected at all given that we already got the soup. 5/5Watermelon jalapeño Our server was fantastic. Very professional and friendly, knew the menu very well, and gave great recommendations. She also handled the steak issue very well. 5/5We plan to return and will probably stick to the seafood menu items."

"Out of my quick surgery, and me very hungry we drove around looking for something out of the ordinary. I am a total foodie, good cook. We found Flower Girl restaurant. Trendy, happy atmosphere, bit noisy, but happy people enjoying their food. Friendly attentive waitresses/waiters. We walked up to order from the extensive exciting menu. It seemed to have everything fresh so my eyes immediately lit on the yakasaba bowl with vegetables. My husband had his usual salad. They gave us a number and we went and found a seat very short This delicious looking salad was sat down in front of my husband, and then they sat this amazing bowl in front of me It had very juicy flavorful looking udon noodles tossed in with a variety of fresh, barely sautéed rings of carrots, bell peppers, cashews, smoked small pieces of chicken thighs, which I don’t usually eat, but these were delicious. The more I looked the more goodies I saw in the bowl. Sesame seeds, bell peppers, onions, so much I can’t remember. Now usually. Eat half a bowl of some thing and I usually take the other half home. Just not that hungry most of the time. But today that bowl was so delicious that I couldn’t quit eating it. So good I ate the whole bowl. now my hubby liked his salad also. I highly recommend this place. If you want to try something out of the ordinary, fresh scratch made in house instead of frozen things You need to try this place I give it 5 1/2 stars out of five. Y The food was reasonably priced and my large bowl of udon and veggies was about $15, and I think my husband‘s salad was about the same. Their iced tea was delicious with lots of choices of flavors. You can eat inside or they have a patio with misters for coolness. Apparently, and I’m excited to know that, there are several locations around the Including Gilbert. But the actual address that we went to in Scottsdale was. 10460 N 90th St, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 United States"

"I forget what day of the week it was but, based on the glowing reviews on Open Table, I honestly thought we 'd be lucky to snatch a reservation at this fine restaurant. Much to our delight and surprise, equaled with a creeping sense of horror the place was virtually empty. Why? Were the reviews wrong? Had it changed management, or kitchen staffs? Had budget conscious owners fired a good chef to increase the bottom line? Wrong on all counts. This place is a hidden gem, tucked away in a hotel you wouldn 't know existed unless you accidentally booked a room there. Everything we ordered was great the grilled octopus, the Greek salad and the seared scallops alone are reason enough for a return visit. My son, the picky eater, was hesitant about sampling his orzo mac and goat cheese, and I really can 't say how it tasted because he practically licked the plate after he had his first bite. Even the brussel sprouts the brussel sprouts!!! such a yucky veggie were terrific. And the service was equal or better than the meal... we practically invited the guy to sit with us, and tell us about the restaurant and the food preparation. Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly (but not over the top), in short, professional, everything great service should be. Too bad I can 't remember the server 's name, but in the interest of giving credit where credit is due, it said Benedett at the top of my cc charge slip. All in all, a fantastic meal, and great service... which is where the other side of the creeping sense of horror comes in. How long will this hidden gem survive? Too bad there 's no rating for Very, Very, Very Good as the food and service at Vintro are just shade short of Excellent, a whole lot better than many better known and more expensive establishments."
