"We brought a large group in to buy ice cream tonight after the high school graduation. My 70 year old mother asked to use the restroom and they told us no. They said the restroom closed at 9:00 although the store was still open and serving food! We asked 2 different people a total of 4 times and told them we had a group pf 10 paying customers. They didn’t care and refused to let my mother use the restroom. We left without ordering anything. We will not return."

"there were 3 employees behind the line only 1 person who would talk to each other but not to the customers. the lack of order created a huge line of men. then they flirt with only one customer until he left. one of the girls, their haare began to slip out of their ponytail, so that they dug their haare until their ponytail holders dropped off, but their haare fall over the counter that their haare came down on their back. it was rough depiction of the non-fabrics and unevennesses. when we finally took our job and left the building only to discover the cone is not chewing crispy and taste like the chemical air spring in the space we had to throw away. I'm not back."

"We arrived just before closing time and received outstanding service. My wife wasn't satisfied with her initial selection, but they promptly remade it for her at no extra charge. The customer service was truly exceptional. I appreciated that the staff handled the situation with ease, remaking her order without hesitation. A big thank you to the Cold Stone team—we will definitely return! The ice cream was delicious, and the portion size was very reasonable for the price. Although there was a bit of a wait, the line moved efficiently since they had enough staff to manage the influx of customers. "I have been visiting Coldstone Gallery in Baldwin for many years, but recently there have been changes in staff and the new employees do not seem to take the pandemic seriously. The employees are young and inexperienced, with some wearing masks inconsistently. During my visit today, I found a hair in my ice cream cup for the second time in two weeks. The first incident occurred when I purchased a gallon of chocolate ice cream and discovered it was not fully filled, with a hair in it. The staff do not seem to prioritize hygiene, with one employee not washing their hands after handling glass doors and serving customers. This establishment either needs new owners or a new manager, at the very least better oversight during busy times. If improvements are not made soon, I fear this business may not survive. My family and I will no longer be returning to Coldstone."

I wrote them last night and she has the job ready for me to pick up. "Staff is inconsiderate. Whatever female was working on 7/19/2023 4pm was dismissive. The ice cream flavor we wanted had 2 other flavors in it and she started to scoop one of the flavors out. "We had a craving for ice cream and we hadn’t ordered Cold Stone in quite a while. This was the first time we ordered at this Cold Stone location. The waffle bowls we ordered were the freshest we had ever tasted at a Cold Stone Creamery; also the portion size of ice cream was enormous. "ABSOLUTE worst COLDSTONE I’ve been to. Avoid short kid with glasses very rude wow. I will pasty same review from yelp: I came to pick up a DoorDash order. "Cold Stones is my favorite ice cream shop, but unfortunately, there's not one within 100 miles of my home, so it's always a special treat when I get to visit while traveling. However, I won’t be returning to this location after my last experience. The signature creation I ordered, the Mud Pie Mojo, was disappointing—it contained maybe a small piece of one Oreo cookie and just a half teaspoon of peanut butter. I could barely see or taste the chocolate sauce. My husband’s Oreo Overload was also lacking; it certainly wasn’t overloaded with Oreos! If we had wanted plain ice cream, we could have gone to Thrifty’s instead."
